Beware of the body shop I brought my car in for body work that was covered by an insurance claim. Molle had my car for three weeks and returned it with various chips and scuf I brought my car in for body work that was covered by an insurance claim. Molle had my car for three weeks and returned it with various chips and scuffs in the paint and a severed brake pad sensor on the wheel they worked on. When I returned to have them look at the paint chips and scuffs, they scratched the tinting on my window. They denied all responsibility except as to the scratched window. What should have been one visit turned into three visits to the body shop, one visit to the brake shop, and one visit to the window tinting shop. I don't know what goes on in their body shop, but they are clearly not being careful with the cars in their custody. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to use Molle's body shop, take pictures of your vehicle and document its condition before you leave it. More

Great staff but problem still unsolved There were several technicians that worked on my CarPlay USB port, supposedly replaced it but the problem still exists. The port doesn’t charge my pho There were several technicians that worked on my CarPlay USB port, supposedly replaced it but the problem still exists. The port doesn’t charge my phone and doesn’t connect the phone to the car. The techs thought it was a problem with my phone, but after 3 visits with Apple Techs the car isn’t sending any signals to the phone. It will be back to the dealership. More

customer service I've been doing business with Molle since 1983 when I bought a Camery at your location on 95th Street. Never felt less valued as a customer than i did yesterday. The work done on my car was completed within the time promised. The last half dozen times (give or take) I have had my car serviced at your place of business the seat has been moved. This time I suspect it was moved after your person got out of the car - very far forward and up very high. Radio was also changed. It wasn't washed- which I understand isn't required by law, but it was a nice touch that I enjoyed in the past. When in frustration I returned to the service counter and ask your salesman (yes salesman) to come with me he did. He didn't think there was anything wrong and told me "Next time be sure and tell us not to move your seat." Really. I had been under the impression you were professionals. No more. More
FENDER BENDER/ WARRANTY I want to start off by saying KELLY and RUTH in collision ROCK!! 4 wheel align, drivers heated seat, couple brackets on bed cover etc. I wasn't I want to start off by saying KELLY and RUTH in collision ROCK!! 4 wheel align, drivers heated seat, couple brackets on bed cover etc. I wasn't for sure what to do but Kelly in collision was totally awesome with taking notes, asking questions, making sure my rental was ready for me when I dropped off my Tundra and double checking to make sure I had all my questions/concerns answered. Kelly was very patient and kind or she and Ruth both were.. I wanted to make sure my drivers seat warmer was going to be replaced while the truck was in as well. A lil over a week later on a Friday evening I got the call from Matt saying he thought my truck would be ready the next day so I didn't call the next morning to make sure I just showed up, thats when Ruth jumped into the picture to try and find out why my truck wasn't ready yet. She re-read the notes on the folder which you couldn't miss--Kelly wrote down and shoot her head, said my truck was totally not ready. She then smile and said she apologized I made the trip over and she would make sure by the following days Monday or Tuesday I would get a call, my truck should be ready washed, cleaned etc... Ruth is a lady of her word- Matt called Monday I believe said my truck was indeed totally ready, washed etc. The only thing this truck is missing is remote start, for limited, TRD it should have that included too funny.. I know the steering wheel vibrates and pulls to the left. not sure if tires are bad, poor alignment or i bet balance. The drivers seat warmer I feel comes on some times faster then passenger side sometimes much. much slower, I'm clueless on this unless a relay switch is going bad, not sure but will google this. More
A Maintenance Visit I scheduled a maintenance visit that I thought would include an oil change. Thankfully, the service technician explained that with my low mileage and I scheduled a maintenance visit that I thought would include an oil change. Thankfully, the service technician explained that with my low mileage and the type of oil used, I only need to change it once a year. Turns out the only service I needed was a tire rotation...much quicker and less expensive experience than I anticipated! More
