Work wasn't done. I was asked to make a new appointment. I had a 4:30 PM appointment to get a cable replaced. The service center knew what the job was when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, half an I had a 4:30 PM appointment to get a cable replaced. The service center knew what the job was when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, half an hour early, I was told the job would take 3-4 hours and the staff member wouldn't be able to stay that long in the evening. Why wasn't this considered before I made the half-hour drive to keep my appointment? This was not the fault of the service member who helped me on this day. quick service, quite satisfied. Good service. I took my vehicle in for a recall. They finished it quickly and efficiently. I happen to be on crutches (leg injury), and the access to Good service. I happen to be on crutches (leg injury), and the access to the Service Writers desks could certainly be friendlier for people with access challenges. I had to hobble across the service bay, careful not to catch a crutch in the floor drain grating, and stand on my one good foot for several minutes waiting for my service mgr to free up to help me. Not ideal. If someone had a "real" disability, not a temporary one like mine, I think it would be very tough for them to get the service they need? Perhaps Molle should consider offering a place to sit while they work out the service needs? At any rate, good service, I will definitely use them, again. The service consultant, Brandon Holsburg, was friendly, quick and communicative. More
OKAY but...... I have been coming here since 1994 when I got my first Corolla and have been very pleased. This time the staff and the work were excellent. On Tuesday, November 26 I did have a lot of preventive and other work done so I kind of understand 3 hours. However, I could have been told so I could have gone home. I needed a new tire which I would get on Friday, the 29th. I was told I would be in and out. Two hours later, I finally said something to my technician (who was very nice). Most people that came in after me were leaving. If making an appointment does't help, then quit doing it. Thanks More
