Had to get a window seal replaced on Sienna. Initial visit in January. You all said part had to be ordered...NEVER received a call. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. Disappointed to lean it w visit in January. You all said part had to be ordered...NEVER received a call. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. Disappointed to lean it wasn’t covered under extended warranty. You all took some labor off the job, but I feel it wasn’t enough. This is not the kind of service usually received. Besides routine maintenance, I asked him to see if the vehicle needed an alignment as I had fought with several potholes through this winter season. As it turned out, no alignment was needed; Brandon showed me why with a printout. (I was unable to evaluate the quality of work because I didn't see the work being done.) But when I drive with no problems, I am grateful that the quality of work is reflected in my sense of security. Thank you, Brandon--and Toyota--for your excellent customer service. More
