Waiting area always feels dirty. Prices seem high for service. I’ve been multiple places that offer tire rotation for free (which you would think it would be at a dealership where I leased my vehicle thr service. I’ve been multiple places that offer tire rotation for free (which you would think it would be at a dealership where I leased my vehicle through considering it doesn’t take much work) with an oil change, I mentioned that I didn’t want to pay for the rotation because some places do it for free and the guy checking me in got snarky. Also, I opted out of replacing the cabin air filter as it’s a $10 part on amazon and all you have to do is pop out the glove box. I think he quoted something like $30 for it. Overall Service was fairly quick. More

Go literally ANYWHERE else I took my Audi to the collision center to have my bumper fixed that was damaged in an accident and instead of quoting to fix another scratch (while ta I took my Audi to the collision center to have my bumper fixed that was damaged in an accident and instead of quoting to fix another scratch (while taking the entire bumper off, prepping, ordering a special paint color, etc they just clearcoated over it and now I have to take my car back in for another 2-3 weeks if I want to have that fixed. During this process, I spoke to someone almost every day, so it's completely unacceptable that this was never brought up. If you're looking for someone to pay attention to detail or go the extra mile DO NOT GO HERE. I sincerely wish I would've gone anywhere else. More
Good Technician Work, Terrible COVID-19 Remediation Before the shutdown, I was in for service and there was need to order a part. By the time Molle called that part was in "Social Distancing" was the ru Before the shutdown, I was in for service and there was need to order a part. By the time Molle called that part was in "Social Distancing" was the rule, so I delayed returning. Since then I saw an Olathe Toyota Service Department commercial on TV and was impressed with their massage about their remediation practices. That made me think that Molle was probably doing that same thing. I called and asked about it and was told Molle was "in full compliance"... NOT SO! When I arrived, there were several service advisors and technicians in view, but not one was wearing a mask. Same thing when I picked up my car the next day. Just like the day I brought it, I was the only person wearing a mask. Then to top it off, one of your technicians walked in front of me, within 2 feet. I have no problem with your work, in fact I'm very pleased with it, but disappointed with your COVID-19 remediation. More

My late husband always took the cars in for servicing so it has been years since I had to do it and I will admit I was a little shocked at how costly a routine maintenance was. That would be my only complaint - very expensive. More
