Molle Toyota is a terrific dealership. We purchased our first two Toyota’s in 2007 and one more in 2008 . Two of those cars are still owned by us today and in great condition . I really had hoped staff would be masked. The person who checked me out had his around his neck, not on his face.. He only put it on after I moved back to nine feet and didn’t approach to sign. None - zero checked me out had his around his neck, not on his face.. He only put it on after I moved back to nine feet and didn’t approach to sign. None - zero - of the staff that drove the cars around to and from service were masked at any time. Ever. Seriously, how hard is it for them to wear a mask when they’re in my car? As a vulnerable senior I did not feel safe. Hoping a different Toyota service center can do better. More
