Called to set up appointment for oil change, easy to get a good time. When I got there Sean was quick to get me in and get info. Went in for my 6 month service and it went great and got me in. The problem was after I did not notice it when I left the dealership since it was dark in the service area. The employee who worked on my car me in. The problem was after I did not notice it when I left the dealership since it was dark in the service area. The employee who worked on my car had oil all over his gloves and left marks all over my hood and front bumper which I noticed when I stopped to get gas on the way home. This is very frustrating that my car came out mire dirty than I took it in. If anything they should be washing the cars not getting oil all over the paint and not correcting the problem they cause before you leave the dealership. Overall, it was going great until I had that issue which really ruined the entire experience for me. More

Time for 5K Maintenance I made an appointment for a Saturday. I would have much rather gotten a loaner and gone to work and come back and not spent my time at the dealer. But since I was told an hour and it was a little less than that which I like. HONESTY! This is the best policy for me. The service staff was very kind and I was a little worried when I pulled in and there was a line of cars in the bay but when he said an hour I was shocked. I had spent many hours at a dealership for service for oil changes before and that only angers me. This is my first Toyota and I have been told it is the best and I hope that this continues to stay in my mind and continues to be true throughout my ownership of this car. One thing you will learn from me and my husband; don't try to sell me something I don't need. We will come to you when we want it. We are frugal and think this is a car that will last and it is treated good and will always. More
