Courtesy shuttle When I set my appt, I also requested the courtesy shuttle. The driver said he had a full van since some folks had been waiting for 45 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours never seeing the driver again. At this point I went to the gentleman that checked me and my car in who said he though I had been taken to my office. He then checked on the status of my car and advised my car was about finished. This is horrible customer service.which caused me to miss a conference call that morning. I was never informed of how long the shuttle would be or wouldn't be back to pick me up and taken to my office. More

We brought our 2013 Prius in to have the battery checked and found the only problem was a dead key battery. We left it for an 80,000 service, including tire rotation and lube and oil change.
