Kevin and his technicians could not have done more to research the trouble with my 2002 Prius. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose, but they found the problem and fixed it, and for a price that was reasonable, considering the systems involved and the parts it required, even though it was a major hit to MY budget. Each and every visit that I have made to Molle Toyota has been enjoyable. Aaron has always treated me with respect and humor and has been able to keep our Corolla it tip top shape. We bought our Corolla as a new car purchase in January of 2009 and by July of 2011, I've logged 95,000 miles on it and it just keeps on keeping on! (As a footnote, my average speed has been 40 mph for these 2.5 years which means I've logged over 2300 driving hours, which is a part time job just driving my car!!) I believe that the quality of the service department and the knowledgeable treatment of the car and my service needs, go a long way to enhancing the built-in quality of our Corolla. Jim Seaman was so friendly, and kind. i just happened to walk into his office to borrow a pen and paper. while there, i just quickly mentioned the VENZA to him. i said that i was unfamiliar with it, and asked him for his opinion. at the time, all booklets were out of stock. i told him not to worry, as i would not be buying anything in the near future. i went back to the waiting area. about a minute later, Jim comes out with his laptop and sits next to me to show me some specs about the car. i said it was unecessary, and to not waste his time. he then gave me a print out of a demo they were trying to sell. i said that when i was ready to make my move, that i would be sure to deal with him. at that point, he told me of his position, and that he couldn't actually "sell" me a car. i couldn't believe he spent all that time with me, and he wasn't even a salesman! the next day, i received a very nice hand-written letter from him thanking me for being a polite and pleasant customer. why would he need to thank me? anyway, one last thing to mention is the cleanliness. the waiting lounge and bathrooms are always neat and appealing! the fresh bagels are always a nice touch. I look forward to always talking to him as he treats me with respect, friendliness, courtesy, and honesty. I trust his judgement as an advisor for what my vehicle requires and is needed, he looks out for the clients that he services by being honest and letting me know by exactly how long each visit will last, so that I can plan accordingly. I will only request Bill for any future visits to have my vehicle serviced. It is so nice to see a friendly face that can be trusted! More

Bill's service is one of the main reasons I continue to use Molle's service department (and buy my next car from Molle when the time comes). The serviceman that waited on me (Joe) was extremily courteous and helpful. He explained in detail everything that had to be done for my 70,000 mile checkup.
