Brought my 2012 Camry in for 20k service, also because my driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becu driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becuase of the "dark" tint. (I have legal 35%). Don't see how tint is the blame for the problem if that's the case the passenger window would do the same thing. Second, I asked the advisor about a stain in one of the seats (water spill) and if it could be removed, was never given an answer or advise on what to do, advisor forgot about the issue. Third, I was asked if I wanted a free car wash, estimated wait 25 MORE minutes after 1 hour if not more had already went by. Well after an hour I finally got tired of waiting and went up to the advisor and asked about my car, my car was sitting outside and had been sitting their for who knows how long, to top everything off my car was washed with one of the rear windows cracked open, enough to get the rear seat splashed and water drops all over it. As a result of the window problem I guess they think its the window seals, so they ordered the parts, I called and canceled the order. Called Adams Toyota and I am having them order the parts and work on my car. I went to Molle just because I was in the area but never again. In my opinion very unprofessional. Waiting times are rediculous. And blaming the issue of my window on tint?? Come on' now. More
I would give big zero for Molle. They are cheaters. I went for my car servicing, they came up with so many fake problems in my car. The problems that were real, they never fixed those but charged me. My husband and I have been long-time customers of Molle Toyota. Today when I left my car for service, I needed a ride home due to the plumber coming out to the house. The service department told me that I Toyota. Today when I left my car for service, I needed a ride home due to the plumber coming out to the house. The service department told me that I could have access to the free shuttle service, and that if I waited in the service lobby area, the shuttle would pick me up. That was great! Much to my surprise, Sammy Lambert came up to me while I was waiting and stated that she would be giving me a ride home because the shuttle was not currently available. I love surprises! Surprise your customer and you will maintain him or her! As Sammy and I left the service area and drove home, she was absolutely delightful. She is intelligent, energetic, very personable, and a great representative for Molle Toyota. Tammy is a natural in recognizing the components that are important to customer service. She knows how to build a relationship with the customer immediately rather than just "giving the customer a ride." One can tell that Sammy enjoys her work with Molle and she enjoys people and providing good service to them. Thank you, Molle, for the added benefits you provide to your customers that others do not! Thank you for the surprise in that I was able to return home quickly. I have purchased a Toyota from Molle twice and I will NEVER purchase a car anywhere else. My tire pressure light was on this morning, drove to the dealership, was greeted(they were busy), immediately wa NEVER purchase a car anywhere else. About 20 minutes later, I was told the air was low, nothing else was wrong and they were washing my car and will page me when my car is ready. In a few minutes, I was ready to go! I have never been so pleased buying and servicing a car with your exceptional service team! Thank you from a very satisfied customer. More
Sales process was good but that is where the positive experience ended... First they forgot to install wheel locks I had already paid for... Then the glove compartment handle broke and had my son & wife waiting in service area for 2 hours before telling us they forgot us and the 'part was not in stock'... Then they forgot to order the replacement part... Finally, the replacement part came in and my son took car to dealer at his appointment time and was told they were 'over booked' and he had to come back at a different time... I do not think the problem is Toyota or even the sales department but someone should think twice about taking their Toyota to Molle Service department. More
When I had traded my 2008 F J Cruiser for a 2012, I'd purchased running boards. They were ordered, but the wrong color had been sent the first time, and the correct color came in Thursday, 10/11/12. I'm short, and have a problem with my hip now & then, so when the running boards came in, Nick Gaydusek (my sales person) and Rodney Skaggs offered to put them on for me. They said it wouldn't take long, and they'd be glad to put them on, so I came by after work yesterday - Friday 10/12/12. Unfortunately this was the first time this particular running board had been installed, and was more complicated then they had originally thought, thus it took them awhile. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND in getting the running boards on for me. They worked WELL AFTER CLOSING HOURS to be sure they were properly installed. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff after 6PM. They had work to do, and went about their business, yet still took time to make me feel comfortable, and safe. I felt sorry for Nick and Ray having such a hard time, and really do appreciate their dedicated customer service to get it taken care of for me. They were AWESOME, and so are the running boards!!!! I just wanted you to know what a wonderful impression these individuals made on me as my first customer services experience - other then purchasing the F J - and due to this experience, I definitely will be back for all maintenance services. Wow! I am so impressed with the integrity of the service department. I had a difficult situation coming in from out of toun to help a family memeber take care of an immediate/serious service problem. Due to the work schedule of my family member I had to drive 3 hours to KC to help them take care of it. I did not know anyone at the dealership and I had noprior contact with them, so essentially, I was a total stranger to them! In a nutshell, they took their time and came up with the diagnosis of a serious problem with the vehicle I had serviced. A part needed to be ordered and I had to leave the vehicle there. Long story short: When the part arrived and work began, they realized the repair was not as serious as originally determined. I appreciate the honesty of the dealership in this regard. I would recomment it to anyone (even from a long distance) because you know you are going to be treated fairly and with respect The shuttle service was very accomodating and the staff was great! I will make sure that my family member continues to do servies there and purchase a new vehicle also when the time comes to do that! More
Last two trips to the service department here have been terrible. Earlier this year they pushed to sell four tires when only two needed replaced. They even admitted rear tires could last another year. But they had already replaced all four. After complaint gave me only $100 dollar credit on bill over $1000! Most recent visit ..rear automatic sunscreen stuck and motor making loud sound when car put in reverse. Called and guys said most it would cost is $750. Brought car in ..they did nothing but listen and look (did not take anything apart), charged me $55 and said it would be $1250 to repair!. Things have changed at this dealership...$$ driven vs HONEST/FAIR service driven. Have bought two cars there...WILL NOT BUY THERE ANY LONGER. And they dont even know this poor service performance has now reduced sales (and I am buying new car this fall). More

My fluids were not topped off, my car sat for a couple of days per waiting for parts and was not given the usual wash that is provided when service has been completed. Left the trash (papers)and a gritty film on the clutch. Paying over $1000.00 I expect better service with the minor details. More
