Regular Customer I have never had a disappointing experience at Molle. My 2005 Camry has about 113,000 miles and still in pretty good shape. I am a firm believer in regular factory maintenance as suggested by Toyota. Each time I take my car in for service it has been a positive experience. My service writer/tech was Joe Hill and he took good care of me, right from the start. I will be sure and ask for him my next visit. Molle seems to have a great knack for hiring good people...especially those who interact with the cusomter. More

Best Dealership I've Ever Experienced Molle Toyota has surpassed my expectations of what a dealership should be. I bought my 2014 Toyota Prius from them, their sales person, Juan, was ver Molle Toyota has surpassed my expectations of what a dealership should be. I bought my 2014 Toyota Prius from them, their sales person, Juan, was very knowledgeable and courteous. All my service has been done by this dealership since then. All their work is exceptional and their service reps and mechanics do excellent work. It is always an enjoyable experience getting my service done. This was not true in the past when I went to other dealerships. I don't mind driving out of my way to give my business to Molle Toyota, I actually drive 64 miles round trip for their expertise and service. Thanks Molle Toyota!! More
Great Service form collision center I had my 2011 Prius in for sanding and repainting some minor scrapes on the back bumper. The collision service did a wonderful job and they also buffe I had my 2011 Prius in for sanding and repainting some minor scrapes on the back bumper. The collision service did a wonderful job and they also buffed out some other rough spots on the bumper, as well as tightening down the front bumper which had come slightly loose. They delivered the car on time and it was sparkling inside as well as outside!! More
Excellent help for someone visiting in KC I was visiting in KC from my home in Colorado when my Prius started making a strange noise. I called Molle Toyota Service department, and they asked I was visiting in KC from my home in Colorado when my Prius started making a strange noise. I called Molle Toyota Service department, and they asked me to bring it in. They offered shuttle service back to my dad's residence or to the hospital where he was staying. During the 5 or 10 minutes while I was waiting for the shuttle, the service manager Jamie Green took my car out to drive and was back with the diagnosis. I had something stuck on my tire that was causing a rotational noise. Jamie cleaned up the tire and sent me on my way. They said they would not charge me the $62.50 fee for diagnosis. In fact, they didn't charge me anything and even offered to wash my car. Both Jamie and Ben Sulzen, who checked me in that morning, were pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate what they did for me, because I was not looking forward to driving back across Kansas with something wrong with my vehicle... More
