I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, regardless of it's positive or negative. I've looked at your records, and we did recommend tires when you came in on 11/30/2015 because you brought the vehicle in due to it pulling to one side while you were driving. At that time, we discovered that there had been irregular wear in the tires, causing the pull to happen. It also shows in your records that your tires were at 4/32" quite sometime ago, which were marked in the yellow on our quality vehicle inspection that we provide for you each visit, which means that it will require further action sometime in the future. Once your tires get down to 3/32" or below, they can actually be dangerous to drive on and once they continue to wear any more than that, actually become illegal to drive on. The other repair included your timing cover gasket, which was leaking. Our female service advisor that your wife was working with, Angela was actually able to take your wife back into our shop area and physically show her the leak. I sincerely apologize that you feel the way you do about the situation, but we do not recommend repairs unless they are needed, and unfortunately when repairs that big are necessary, it's not always the cheapest. But it keeps you the safest while driving, and prolongs the life of your vehicle. Thank you for your time.
