Complimentary service check was not completely done. I had to ask for the information and was told that it was just missed. Had to wait extra time in the boring waiting room. 4. I had to ask if there were any recalls or service announcements on my car and once again I had to wait. 5. When I asked about nitrogen in my tires, I was told "there is plenty of nitrogen in regular air". Unbelievable!!! More
