What's not to like? First time in the West facility. I really liked it a lot. In and out in less time than they said it would take and not near as busy, which meant less First time in the West facility. I really liked it a lot. In and out in less time than they said it would take and not near as busy, which meant less people in the customer lounge, which isn't very big. The service writer, Chris Allega, did an awesome job. Friendly, professional, and was hustling the whole time I was there, since he was the only service writer working, and he was busy! I now like going to Molle service even more than I did before, just because I found out that I could go to the West facility for service. I will be asking to specifically go there from here on out. More

You've become average. I know my alignment is off but not a single soul mentioned it so I believe I can get that kind of service from Walmart for cheap. More

Service Fell Flat & Faith Lost Service was not completed at all after an hour+ my car was returned to me in the same condition in which I presented it. I brought the car in advising Service was not completed at all after an hour+ my car was returned to me in the same condition in which I presented it. I brought the car in advising that I was going on a 6-hour trip and wanted to make sure that the tires were good. Before bringing my car in I had already checked the tire pressure and knew that it needed some adjusting, but to be safe I wanted to bring it to Toyota so that I can have the Peace of Mind knowing that everything was okay. When I got the car, I could see visibly that the tires were under-inflated. I went back in and advised the service team and at first it was questioned if I knew how to read the tire pressure or perhaps I was wrong... So the individual came out and check the tires himself verifying what I had told him. It was obvious that no one had even looked at my vehicle. Yet, I have this colorful print out that has all these checkmarks on all my tires being in wonderful condition. The service rep went back and talked with the person responsible for completing my work and he did acknowledge that he missed it or forgot... But, I don't understand how you fill out a paper and submit it when you didn't even look at the car. Unfortunately, this makes me question the level of service that I'm getting. I've always brought my car's to Toyota because I trust the service. But now, I'm not so sure. I did send my car through very quickly about 20 minutes or so and got the tires inflated but, I still am very unhappy. Especially because tires are pretty straightforward and something that I can see and verify whereas if I needed something more expensive like mechanical work done on my engine, how would I know if it's done correctly? Who is monitoring the quality of work? More
