Timely , thorough and AWESOME! I had Gene as an adviser and he reviewed with me everything I needed for servicing my over 100,000 mile PRIUS. He was so thorough as he explained the services I needed and made sure I understood what he was telling me. He was patient and genuine. Loved his professionalism. I have used Molle for ALL my automotive needs from purchasing new, and getting service. They never disappoint. My husband and I travel over an hour to get to Molle because they are that good! I would however, agree with another reviewer about the waiting room. It needs an update. More

Bip, bam, boom! In and out in less than an hour. I needed an oil change and had just gotten an email, stating that I had a free one. So I made an appointment and hoped it wouldn't take more than 2 ho I needed an oil change and had just gotten an email, stating that I had a free one. So I made an appointment and hoped it wouldn't take more than 2 hours. Yay, oil change and tires rotated and it was only 50 minutes. This is not the norm at most dealerships! More
