My appointment was very pleasant and left me with the feeling once again, that I had chosen the best place to take care of my beloved RAVIV Ltd. He kept me up with how things were going, and was open to conversation and questions I had about my car and paying for the work done. He took my coupon and even included another one he had for my my new battery purchase. He walked me out so I could find my car and gave me tips on future work I had in mind. I feel badly I don't know his name, but I felt he was sincere, cared, and I appreciated all he did to make my visit complete and painless. I'd highly recommend, and do, to my friends and family.
