Tire Order I ordered a new tire at 07:42 am for a 2016 Prius that had a damaged sidewall and was not driveable—-the Prius came from the factory without a spare. I ordered a new tire at 07:42 am for a 2016 Prius that had a damaged sidewall and was not driveable—-the Prius came from the factory without a spare. I dropped off the wheel at 10am and was told as soon as the tire came in, it would be mounted and balanced and I would receive a call. At 2:30 pm I arrived at the dealership to check on the status. Although the tire arrived at 1:30, it had not been mounted. I waited 45 minute minutes for the work to be completed, Tim in Parts was very thorough and although Tim in Service was helpful, he failed to follow up on his promise to have the tire mounted as soon as it arrived. And I am very disappointed in Toyota for not providing a spare tire and expecting customers to be content with being stranded for a day due to a flat tire. More

The first thing they ever did for me was to replace a recalled part that another dealership had supposedly already replaced. When I arrived yesterday they were so busy that cars were lined up from the service desks down the drive and into the parking lot. Service people spoke to each of us in line, apologizing for the wait and promising they would get to us as quickly as possible, which they did. What looked like a terrible wait ended up being about 5 minutes. And once in, I got the nicest, most efficient woman to discuss what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. I waited in a pleasant environment and in not too long a time, my car was done and in perfect shape. These are good, professional people. More

The dealer did all they could, and did it well I was having trouble with the entune suite on my '18 Camry SE, and took it in to have it resolved. The shop reloaded everything in, and I can use the apps again. I was quite happy with the result. There is still a problem, and it is no fault of the dealership: the Scout GPS navigation system is still USELESS. It still glitches and crashes so badly and often that I am unable to rely on it for the simplest of trips. More
