The set-up went well; I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an oil change an An unexpectedly pleasant experience for a dealership service center. The set-up went well; I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday at exactly the time I wanted, 10:00 AM. I arrived at the dealership at 9:55 AM and was greeted almost immediately. Though i was told thst there were 3 customers in front of me I was checked in at 10:04 AM; reasonably prompt. The service writer evaluated my mileage from my last visit and suggested that I didn't really need the tire rotation and could save a few $$s by holding off. He said that my car should be done in a hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Surprise, surprise, the care was done in 45 minutes with no upcharges. More
