Great service! As a woman who admittedly knows close to nothing about cars, people attempt to sell me things I don’t really need every time at get my car serviced. I appreciated being told the safety guidelines and recommendations which indicated replacement of parts, the timeline I had to replace them, price match with other places, and telling me that some things don’t warrant being fixed right now. They were efficient, honest, and friendly. As long as I’m in KC I will get my car serviced here. More

Accommodating courteous honest I came in at the last minute with a flat tire and they were packed the service center was packed. Brought my car in for service. The service was fast. I was in and out under 2 hours. The only thing I would do is update the service waiting area. My old Toyota service waiting area had a movie playing and free popcorn and Cookies available. One time I was there they had ice creams bars too. Just a thought. More
