In our old 2005 Prius we were able to turn d The Prius backup alarm was so loud you can not hear any other alerts or a person outside the car yelling. In our old 2005 Prius we were able to turn down the backup alarm volume, on the 2018 we purchased from Molle, only the dealer can lower the volume for a service charge. The default setting on the volume is a safety issue and the dealer should allow one time adjustment free of service charge, specially after purchasing the vehicle from them. Even the service advisor commented how loud the volume was set. The second item I asked about how to remove the rear bottom of the seat to put seat covers on to protect the seat leather for my dogs. No one at the dealer knew how to remove the rear seat bottom and I would have return later. At this time I am not sure I will return to your service department. More
