They only think I have to say is that 6 months ago I brought in my car for an oil change and they guy came out to tell me that I needed a new battery and they could put one in for something like $150.00! I declined and this last visit I had my husband take the car in and they said the battery was good! What up with that?? More

Seemed less satisfied than past visits I was told it would an hour to do a wheel rotation and maintenance service. I usually give a little leeway on the timing. So at the hour and a half ma I was told it would an hour to do a wheel rotation and maintenance service. I usually give a little leeway on the timing. So at the hour and a half mark, someone asked my permission to add a rear wiper insert, which agreed to. I hired 10-15 minutes. 35 minutes later I inquired about the car. The customer service agent who was assigned to me wasn’t around. Another person found my keys and paperwork waiting, so he checked me out. I had a feeling the car was ready long before that. This wasn’t terrible but I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I hadn’t asked. More

She needed to get the 30k service do My experience with the sale side of Molle has been all positive. Service side, for my wife anyways, not so much. She needed to get the 30k service done on her Molle purchased Highlander. She called the service center and asked if she needed an appointment and she was told no. She told them she got off at 3:00 and asked if that was too late. They told her it was not. She arrived at approximately 3:15 and was told that they would not be able to get her car in, but she could leave it over night. Since we made no arrangements for her to get a ride, nor did Molle offer to give her a service loaner, she left. When she got home, she told me what had happened and what they had told her. I was none too happy. I also told her that when she went back to get the work done, just to drive to the west service center. She called the next day and was again told she didnt need to make an appointment. She took my advice, and instead of going to the east service center, went to the west one. She came home and was pleased that she took my advice, not only was she able to get in right away, the service work she was told was going to take an hour and a half, only took an hour, and she said the service writer was extremely pleasant. It's a shame that my wife wasted time, energy, and resources going somewhere, only to find out that she wasn't going to be accomodated, even after asking about the necessity of making an appointment. More
