Oil change I waited two hours for an oil change that I had scheduled at nine am. By the time I had gotten home it was 11:30. I got a nail in one of my tires and because I had the extended warranty, they just gave me a new tire! Over the top service!! Thank you Don Pelzer for the great service visit. On our wait we visited with Tarek Sabhah who showed us the car my husband had decided to buy. Tarek asked us politely if he could please show us another model that would fit our needs even better. He was correct! We decided on the other model and are picking it up today! They cleaned it up and got it ready for us. He called to make sure he would have time for us when we arrived for pick up. This was a no haggle, no stress purchase. I highly recommend Molle for its excellent sales and service staff. They also have extensive inventory and great prices. Love!!! More

Awesome experience at Molle Toyota They had excellent communication with me while they trouble-shot what needed to be done. All work was finished, some of which was warranty work. Problem Solved To be honest, this was the fourth time I brought my 2010 RAV 4 to Molle, since the service department did a rear brake job a few months ago. Immediate To be honest, this was the fourth time I brought my 2010 RAV 4 to Molle, since the service department did a rear brake job a few months ago. Immediately after that work my wife and I noticed a metallic squeak when the vehicle was first driven on any particular day. I brought the car in two more times and the problem persisted. Finally, the last visit solved the problem. Molle was very fair in not charging me for the additional work. I never have taken my RAV 4 anywhere else for service and do not intend to. More

Disappointed Molle Collision returned my car filled with dust and dirt from the repair. I expected they would do something to clean up the car.
