Quick service I had an early morning appointment so I took my car in at about 4:30 the day before. I left it and went home. About an hour later I received a call I had an early morning appointment so I took my car in at about 4:30 the day before. I left it and went home. About an hour later I received a call telling me that they had finished the servicing. I had a choice of picking up the car before their closing time at 7:00 p.m. or they would keep it until the next day. Picked it up and was ready to go, early! More

quick fix I purchased a new Hylander that was transferred from another dealership and somewhere along the lines I had wiring from the lift gate that wasn't tuck I purchased a new Hylander that was transferred from another dealership and somewhere along the lines I had wiring from the lift gate that wasn't tucked under the rear body structure. After bringing the car home and looking over it is when I found it... Called you all and was able to get it in the following week and you all fixed(tucked the wiring) back under the paneling. Although annoying that this wasn't found before it was taken off then lot-but the Service was done well and relatively quick,. :) More

Not up to par Usually I receive back my car with a neat exterior wash, and paper protectors on the floor. None of these actually took place this time.
