Great service team I have been a customer here for more than 15 years, buying new cars as well as servicing. All their dealings are honest, straightforward and efficient I have been a customer here for more than 15 years, buying new cars as well as servicing. All their dealings are honest, straightforward and efficient. The only unfortunate issue, and that I believe is part of this business, is the frequent turnover of staff. Even then, the service representative I got whenever I went, was always good and knew the job well! Never a disappointment. I was there yesterday for my Corolla 2015 servicing. After having been served by Jeremie Albin and Steve Oliver on earlier occasions, I got a new rep by name Gene White. As expected, he turned out to be excellent in his knowledge, and what I liked about him was that he went at great length explaining the condition of my air conditioning system, and why it needed a maintenance now. When he produced the invoice at the end of the job, he also made notes on the margin of the invoice to remind me when I needed the next change of oil. I checked with him if he will be available when I come next time. He said he was retiring in three years, and I could be sure of his service for the next three years!! Thank you! More

Routine maintenance and detail for Tundra truck. Maintenance was great. The detail job could have been better inside, glove compartment not cleaned, console had some dust, coffee drip not cleaned.
