Uncommonly busy I have used Molle service for years and have been quite satisfied. On September 18, 2018, I had a 2:20 pm appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes e I have used Molle service for years and have been quite satisfied. On September 18, 2018, I had a 2:20 pm appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was confronted with a double lane of cars waiting to enter the east service building. I do not believe that I have ever encountered this mass of cars for service previously. My visit was for 6 months maintainance, no overt problems. Usually the visit will be around an hour or less. Tuesday it took almost 2 hours. I hope this was just an unusual day and not indicative of what will happen at future service appointments. No problems were encountered in servicing my vehicle. More

Professional and knowledgeable. Corina was prompt at greeting me after she finishing up her last customer. She took no time to provide the reading of odometer and send me to lounge. Quick, efficient and comfortable I took my Prius in for routine maintenance under Toyotacare. I showed up 2 minutes before the appointed time, and waited about 3 minutes to talk with a service manager, Don. He told me about a recall bulletin concerning the engine wiring harness and said the whole thing might take 1 1/2 hours. I went into the comfortably furnished waiting area and enjoyed a decaf mocha while reading emails on my phone - good WiFi, by the way - and 1 hour and 15 minutes later the service manager said my car was ready. They didn’t have to replace the wiring harness, just apply some protective tape. More
