I now have to bring it back as the “passenger side “airbag off” light is remaining lit. One of the carpeted mats is missing and all now have stains that they didn’t have when I left. The leather seats are also more solliled than when left. It is apparent that the didn’t protect or take care to keep the vehicle from getting dirty when they did the work. Additionally, I think the cabin air filter should have been changed to help get rid of the rancid water smell that come out when turne the Dan back on. More

New tires for our Sienna Called Molle and got a all-in price quote for 4 new tires for our 2015 Sienna. Ordered Firestone FR710s with an alignment. Arrived at Molle at the a Called Molle and got a all-in price quote for 4 new tires for our 2015 Sienna. Ordered Firestone FR710s with an alignment. Arrived at Molle at the appointed time. Was given a higher price than the all-in price quoted over the phone. Molle agreed to honor the quoted price. Left our Sienna and took their convenient shuttle. While in the shuttle, Molle called and informed us they did not have our tires in stock and offered us a higher priced tire. Since we had a lower all-in quote from another dealer, we returned to Molle to pick-up the Sienna with no work being done. Talked with the service agent who said they could get the Firestone FR710s in two days and would probably give us a $20 to $40 discount which would make up for our wasted time. In 2 days, returned to Molle at the appointed time, and was given a price about $100 more than the all-in quoted price. Again Molle agree to honor the quoted price. After tire installation, I found no documentation of an alignment other than the price. Molle said the report was probably not printed. They were not able to print the alignment report and said they would need to rerun the alignment check. Waited while they re-ran the alignment, was given a report that said the right rear tire was out of alignment, and was told it would take about 5 hours to fix and they would need to dismantle the rear of the Sienna to correct it; but, that it was only slightly out of alignment specification and was not worth fixing. We paid and took our Sienna without the alignment fix. We have been satisfied with our dealings with Molle until this fiasco. Four different price quotes, each subsequent quote higher than the original all-in quote and a botched alignment. We're not happy. More
Took care of a problem quickly and efficiently I brought my 4Runner in for routine service and had a complaint about a rattling noise I would hear intermittently. The service rep drove out with me to ID the sound. They took care of the issue quickly, without charge, and drove the vehicle before I picked it up to make sure the noise was gone. I've had the 4Runner back for days now and the problem is fixed! Sean was great to work with. More

My experience is usually good here but this one - not so much. I must say that Corina was great - but there was a situation she had no control over. When I got to my car, it wouldn't start. Hmm. Curious. Turns out the battery was bad but the tech had not told Corina or me. I had the dealership jump start me after they looked at my battery and also couldn't start it. So I drove off wondering what to do as my battery had never given me any indication of trouble. I stopped by an auto parts store to price a battery vs. Toyota and he showed me how the battery was an 84 month Toyota installed battery dated 2016!! I went back to the dealership expecting a free battery since it was much less than 84 months. Nope! They made me pay 50% of it. And none of your employees had pointed out to me that my battery was under warranty. They just tried to sell me a new battery for $120. So I spent almost half a day waiting for my car including oil change, tire rotation and now additional time for the battery. I'm not very happy. - More

can't say I was pleased with the time it took to change oil I had a appt. time for a oil change, took over two hours to accomplish. was told a lot of walk-ins before me. was told appt. times are first, ok, but I had a appt. time for a oil change, took over two hours to accomplish. was told a lot of walk-ins before me. was told appt. times are first, ok, but move the other cars to another lot or elsewhere so the attendants can get to the cars with an appointment. what is really irritating is that no person came to inform me of the wait. approx. one and a half hour later I inquired. Good experience We took our truck in to be serviced since it has been a while. The truck needed a good check up and a “once over” since it is older and has been driven quite a bit. I am thankful they found these things so driving the vehicle is safer. More
