I had something break which is very rare, so rare they had to order the part. Installation went great but required 1.8 days to complete as it was buried inside the dash. They provided a free rental car had to order the part. Installation went great but required 1.8 days to complete as it was buried inside the dash. I was unable to schedule appointment online. HOWEVER, I called early in the morning, and was able to get my car in for service on that very day! I LOVED THAT!!
