Mr. Don Pelzer was gracious to provide excellent auto service to me on short notice and without an appointment. Also, I did not know the service dept closed at 5:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM, due to Covid w service to me on short notice and without an appointment. Service for oil change and tire rotation was a disaster. Was not even told rotation not done nor that nail was in tire.
