I call the person that sold me the car the next day report my issue and I knew that it was a different department so they might not be able to due anything. The person said they would follow-up with the service department . It is the end of the day(Friday) & I have not heard a word from anyone, yet the next day I get this survey notice. Not very good customer service!!!! More

Everyone was very nice. Jesse kept me up to date with each process. Kelly was always very nice and helpful. Ruth was amazing and always willing to help and answer all of my questions. Molle had my vehicle for two months, however it wasn’t because of lack of attention on their behalf. The pandemic slowed the process for the shipping industry. I have had my car back for two weeks and everything seems to be great with it. They put me back to where I was before the accident. I’m grateful for this collision center.
