Lelft unsatisfied I came for an oil change. Added tire rotation and explained that the tire pressure warning light was on. Also mentioned the paint recall letter and a I came for an oil change. I also added Clean bundle and fuel induction as indicated on the suggested maintenance checklist. I was told they wouldn't get in the car and drive it to listen to a noise unless I paid $50.00. They said they weren't busy and then I waited 2 1/2 hours. Once my car was done Jason hurriedly checked me out and when I got in the car the tire pressure warning light was still on. When I asked about it he said, Oh, the sensor must be bad. I asked why they didn't say anything and what did I need to do and was told, "oh it's like $300 to fix it and you'll just have to get it fixed or check your tire pressure all the time. I said forget it and asked what they found out about the paint recall letter. He forgot to ask so then had to go ask and said, We don't deal with that here you have to take it to the body shop. I did and the body shop people were helpful. I left. Bad customer service. I drove 100 mile round trip. Afterwards I spoke with someone that had a tire sensor light go out on their toyota and it set them back $30 not $300. More
