Service Visit: 2/18/20 - Radio Performance Issues I as very pleased with the Customer Service and problem resolution provided by the Molle Service Team. Brandon Holsburg, Jordan Darby, and Shawn Elli I as very pleased with the Customer Service and problem resolution provided by the Molle Service Team. Brandon Holsburg, Jordan Darby, and Shawn Elliot did an outstanding job of administrating and resolving the complex problems I was having with my RAV4 Radio and associated smartphone and other device issues. Brandon ensured that my problem was timely assigned to the correct Subject Matter Expert , Shawn Elliot. Shawn performed the complex diagnosis required on the entertainment system to resolve the performance inconsistencies I was experiencing. Shawn purged the associated software and reinstalled the software with the latest versions and updates that were required to remedy the performance and reliability issues. He took his time to ensure the job was done right. Meanwhile, Jordan Darby, the Service Manager, effectively and throughly provided excellent oversight. More
