I have brought my Highlander in three times and each time am told the issue cause is unknown or we need to try a fix ourselves. The control panel/radio keeps shutting down and rebooting any time the input is changed between the radio and the phone integration. This has been happening to other Highlander owners and no answer has been forthcoming. More

He was more than happy to assist me and when I told him I was to find a guy named Nathan he laughed and said well he will just tell you to work with him for my support, and he was right. Nathan handed me off to Ray and we discussed why I was there and he said hold on because the manager was getting ready to leave with the truck to go to the next building over. He soon returned and Ray showed me the truck. We talked about the sale that Molle had going and that I may be happier with a new truck if the prices were low enough. He then took me there to check out the pricing which was very good for new vehicles, however, I didn't need a new one and the difference was more than I wanted to spend. Now that was service I didn't expect, so we went back and thoroughly looked over the truck I bought and began the paperwork for the sale. Ray was excellent and I felt I just made a new friend in the process. More
