I purchased my vehicle during the COVID-19 outbreak. I had to work and couldn't make it to there during the times they were open. They let my husband test drive the vehicle for me and were just understand had to work and couldn't make it to there during the times they were open. Had to get a window seal replaced on Sienna. Initial visit in January. You all said part had to be ordered...NEVER received a call. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. Disappointed to lean it w visit in January. You all said part had to be ordered...NEVER received a call. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. Disappointed to lean it wasn’t covered under extended warranty. You all took some labor off the job, but I feel it wasn’t enough. This is not the kind of service usually received. Besides routine maintenance, I asked him to see if the vehicle needed an alignment as I had fought with several potholes through this winter season. As it turned out, no alignment was needed; Brandon showed me why with a printout. (I was unable to evaluate the quality of work because I didn't see the work being done.) But when I drive with no problems, I am grateful that the quality of work is reflected in my sense of security. Thank you, Brandon--and Toyota--for your excellent customer service. More
