Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt we were not taking the appropriate precautions to protect our customers. We follow suit with most grocery stores and retail protocols and we feel our dealership is taking the necessary precautions. That being said, the service advisors have started wearing masks along with the protective shields that have already been installed at each desk. We are hoping this will make customers feel even more safe. We are taking this pandemic very seriously and every day there seems to be a new challenge.
