This was my first time buying a car by myself, negotiating trade in, financing, driving all of it. Wonderfully efficient while under "Stay-at-home" orders! I was planning to look for a new car this spring, as my 2013 Enclave was starting to have some small issues. Then the Covid-19 crisis hit. I did a lot of research online and decided on a Toyota. I called the Molle dealership to find out if they were open, and if so, how do we go about looking for a car to buy. They said, "Come look in the lot and if you see something you're interested in, call us and we'll unlock the door for you remotely." Crazy, right? Well, as it turns out, Tony L was in the lot when we arrived, donning a facemask and gloves. After showing us a few cars - at 6' distance - we settled on a Rav4 Hybrid. It was very strange to negotiate a deal without being able to shake hands, but we laughed about it as we struggled with the new social protocol. Molle was very efficient with the whole process while being mindful of social distancing and concern for everyone's health and safety. More
