Took my car in for routine maintenance check up. Told me it should be about an hour. Went to look at vehicles while I waited. When I got back it was done before the hour was up. The service has really gone down. I took my car in for a recall for airbag or seatbelts. I had to ask which one did they do. He was too busy trying to tell me that I needed over $450 worth of work that nee recall for airbag or seatbelts. I had to ask which one did they do. He was too busy trying to tell me that I needed over $450 worth of work that needed to be done. When I ask if he could write it down he said he would put it on the invoice. Then it was only summarized. I was needing to give the information to someone else to get their input. He finally wrote it on the invoice after I asked again. More
