Hats off to the Molle Toyota service center staff including appointment personnel, service tech #3035 and the center checkin-in / check-out staff. After making an appointment on August 11-2023, I to including appointment personnel, service tech #3035 and the center checkin-in / check-out staff. After making an appointment on August 11-2023, I took my 2016 Highlander with 71000 miles on the odometer into Molle Service center on August 14, 2023. I've owned the vehicle since it was new and assumed it was due for at least new brake pads. After dropping the car off around 9 am, I fully expected to hear that they changed front and rear break pads. However I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back around 10 am stating that the brake pads were fine with 6 mm left. Asked over the phone if I had other concerns about break performance, I said 'no' but I was glad to not incur replacement cost at this time. I was especially surprised that there was no charge at all, including the inspection that I sure would be 30-50 dollars at other locations. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. I have had good experiences with Molle Toyoto service center in the past and have always found them to be very trustworthy. Thank you Molle Toyota! More

I had just picked up my brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla to bring home on 07-24-23. On 07-29-23 I had noticed a nail in my back passenger tire that I could have picked up some place because of construction aro bring home on 07-24-23. On 07-29-23 I had noticed a nail in my back passenger tire that I could have picked up some place because of construction around the area. It was a fresh nail and no air was seeping out at all. When I went to pick up my title paper work on 07-24-23, I had told the guys at the front desk about the nail and they happily told me to drive it around to the service area and they could plug the tire for me. They sounded truthful about the situation. When I took the car around to the service area to show them, the guy who helped me told me that I would need a whole new tire for $257.00. A red flag went up then and I told him what the guys at the front desk had said I needed. I also told several other male men that I knew about my tire after the fact and they said with that being a Brand New Tire !!! all it needed was for it to be plugged like the front desk guys stated, they all said No Way I should have Never had to purchase a whole new tire ! The guy who worked there came up with excuses I think because he knew that I was a female. I keep questioning him if he was sure that I didn't only need my tire plugged and he kept insisting that I needed a new tire. I took my car back on 08-01-23 to get the new tire and still kept questioning him about only needing the tire plugged several times. I am still not trusting him at all and wish I hadn't paid $257.00 for a new tire when I just purchased the car and still haven't even paid for the taxes on my car yet. That has made me feel terrible and un trustworthy about the service department there ! That is a bad first impression ! More
Trey was our primary contact when we ordered a Hybrid Camry last fall. He worked hard to find a near match for our wish list, and worked with us closely getting us the car we wanted (well, except for co Camry last fall. Shopping for a 2023 Highlander I visited Molle Toyota website where it states they have Smart Path purchasing. I found a 2023 Highlander on the site that I wanted to purchase. I inquired by email if car website where it states they have Smart Path purchasing. I found a 2023 Highlander on the site that I wanted to purchase. I inquired by email if car was available July 14 early morning. I received a quick email response from Ismael Sabeha stating “I do have that 2023 Highlander available for sale”. At 10:51, I immediately put in an offer to purchase this Highlander at full sticker price using Smart Path and a coupon from Smart Path, offering $30,000 down payment and finance the rest. I did not hear back from Molle Toyota all day so by 3pm I called and inquired. I was told that Ismael would call me back. He returned the call about 2 hours later and when I asked if they had received my offer to buy the vehicle, he told me that “I’m sorry but I took a deposit on that vehicle yesterday.” That was Friday, today is Sunday and the website still shows the vehicle for sale. Since Molle Toyota seems to dishonor Smart Path offers to buy, I went to Adams Toyota who was delighted to take my $30,000 down payment and purchased same car that same day. The Smart Path purchasing is a joke, and I am glad I did not buy from such a dishonest dealership. More
We bought a 2019 Honda Civic for my wife. The buying process was easy and straight forward. Clayton Bailey was helpful and easy to get along with. I checked tire pressure when we got home and re-calibrated the TPMS system. While checking the tire pressure I noticed there was one mismatched tire. I emailed Clayton and he responded with a few more things to try that did not resolve the issue. I emailed again with pictures of the tires telling him I think the mismatched tire was causing the light to come in. I waited four days with no response. My wife stopped by the dealership to pick up registration papers and spoke with the used car sales manager, Rodney Skaggs, who told her the mismatched tire wouldn't cause the light to come on and she would have to take it to a Honda dealership (why would you want your customer to take their business to a competitor without first having your techs look at the car?). I called Clayton the next day 6/8 and left him a message. 6/9 still no response from Clayton so I called again, this time asking the front desk if he was working that day. She said he was there and transferred me to his phone where I left another message. 6/10 STILL no response so I called and asked for Clayton again, this time after one ring the phone was picked up and hung up. So that day I went to the dealership and asked to speak with Jason McAfee, Molle's GM. He blew me off and referred me back to Rodney Skaggs. I explained to Rodney the mismatched tire was causing the issue, just like my wife did several days earlier. He was very nice and receptive and made an appointment for the tire to be replaced with a matching tire (why couldn't he have done the same for my wife?). This fixed the issue. After all this hassle I will never buy another car from Molle again. More
