We've purchased our last two 4Runners from the Pre-Owned Team at Molle and couldn't be happier! Our last purchase was a midnight black 2023 4Runner TRD Premium that had the X-Series blackout package. Team at Molle and couldn't be happier! Our last purchase was a midnight black 2023 4Runner TRD Premium that had the X-Series blackout package. The X-Series emblem on the rear gate was broken, so I asked if they could simply remove it. For a number of reasons, that didn't happen, so I decided I could/would remove it on my own. Long story short, I got the emblem off, but also took a good swath of paint off. When I took it back to see what we needed to do to get it repaired, Rodney Skaggs (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) went above and beyond to help me out. He put me in touch with Madison out in Blue Springs at the Molle Body Shop. We scheduled an appointment, they repainted the entire rear gate and it looks perfect! This was all at no cost to us!!! We get all of our Toyotas serviced here at Molle and have done so for the past 7 years. Each time is it a very smooth process. Staff are super friendly and patient with you if you have questions. Sometimes with maintenance there are things you can hold off on versus needing to do ASAP--and Chris was very helpful today in balancing what was needed now, where our family finances are, and what we can defer to our next visit. I bought my last car from Molle 20 years ago—yes 20 years ago. I have had all maintenance services thru them for the last 20 years. They have always been honest and trustworthy. Since it is time to get another car, I knew I wanted to get it from Molle. I saw a car on their website I was interested in. I walked in the dealership and was greeted by Shawn. The car had just been acquired—not even yet inspected. Shawn was nice enough to still let us check out the car. We knew we wanted the car, so we paid the down payment. During their safety inspection, they determined the car needed new tires, which they replaced—at no additional cost to what we had already agreed on. When it was time to pick the car up, we were on a time crunch to get my daughter to a band performance. Shawn did every thing possible to make sure we made it with 1 minute to spare. I seldom write reviews. However after my recent wonderful customer experience with Shawn and my 20 year experience with Molle, I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of us! More
