I gave him our price point and he was honest and told us what they had. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours. We got home and our trunk wouldn't open, but it had while looking at the vehicle. Langdon and the team went above and beyond to fix this for us even though we purchased a car as is. They put us in a fully loaded suv while we waited for ours to be repaired. Even the owner of the dealership came out and apologized for the weird happening with the trunk. I will actively seek out Langdon for our next purchase even if I hope it is years down the road. Darnell Johnson was just as professional and gave us honest information about what we needed and did not try to oversell all the add ons we could have purchased. He ensured we knew that our current insurance provider would not provide gap coverage since we did not finance through them. I can see why this dealership has such high reviews. Honest people work here. More

This was my first time buying a car for myself. Everyone at Molle treated me like family and made sure I loved my new car. No other dealership I visited in KC was near as friendly or genuinely helpful as t at Molle treated me like family and made sure I loved my new car. Purchased a new RAV! Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership provided a 30 day temporary tag (which has expired) and I'm still waiting for the license plate (probably due to Covid 19 delays at the DMV). When I called Molle's salesperson, I was told if I receive a ticket for it being expired they will reimburse me. The RAV is nice as were all the people at Molle involved during the process. More
Catastrophic paperwork process! The purchase went smoothly with no problems! Then, hassles started! They didn't send the paperwork after one month of purchase. The informed me that they lost it and they are going to open a case with the post office. Very hard to reach the financial/paperwork representative, replied after many voice mail messages. Then, replied - very annoyed - that we are going to take care of the penalty fees (Don't call again!). Disappointed! More

Customer Friendly I had a private place to wait for my car, isolation. I am used to having my car vacuumed and washed but I understand there were problems with some pat I had a private place to wait for my car, isolation. Time for 5K Maintenance I made an appointment for a Saturday. I would have much rather gotten a loaner and gone to work and come back and not spent my time at the dealer. But since I was told an hour and it was a little less than that which I like. HONESTY! This is the best policy for me. The service staff was very kind and I was a little worried when I pulled in and there was a line of cars in the bay but when he said an hour I was shocked. I had spent many hours at a dealership for service for oil changes before and that only angers me. This is my first Toyota and I have been told it is the best and I hope that this continues to stay in my mind and continues to be true throughout my ownership of this car. One thing you will learn from me and my husband; don't try to sell me something I don't need. We will come to you when we want it. We are frugal and think this is a car that will last and it is treated good and will always. More
