When we did speak with JR in finance, he distracted us and seemed annoyed in having to deal with us. When I tried reaching him after we left, he would not respond. After reaching out to customer service with a complaint, he called back with the approach of bullying me into not leaving a bad review and not contacting his superior. I never did see why the final price was a thousand higher than the agreed upon amount. It was a shame JR and his wait time ruined what was a good experience. More
