My Service Advisor, Sean, was excellent, considering the news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is $4,000. Repair??! How can you bear zero responsibility for this? It should be against the law, The salesmen who sold me that car absolutely knew about the possibility this would happen. Toyota should compensate us in some way. I went online and there are thousands of people affected. Anyway, Sean, was very understanding. I think he could tell I was in shock. I’m retired and planned on driving that Prius until I couldn’t drive anymore. More

We live in Lincoln, NE and had been dealing with Toyota dealers in Indiana, Oklahoma and Missouri to see who would give us the best deal. So much so that we were willing to drive to KC to do business with them. After the credit application was submitted, we got the great news of approval and low interest rate from Rodney (great to work with over the phone - friendly, good communicator, helpful). When we arrived a few days later to pick up our new vehicle, Phil took excellent care of us. Down-to-earth, friendly, easy to work with, and personable. Additional accessories from Toyota were presented to us as options, but no pressure at all. Phil went over all of the details about the new vehicle, explained how everything worked, and made sure we were happy with everything before we left. The quick stop to Bill's office to do the financing paperwork was completely painless. Bill was even able to get us an even lower interest rate than originally thought. Again, we were presented some options available to us (this time on pre-paid maintenance, extended warranties, etc.). Pretty straight-forward stuff and communicated well (including what those options would mean for the amount financed). When we declined, there was no high-pressure tactics by Bill to try and keep making it happen. So appreciated. We would totally buy another from these great folks! More
