The quality is high but the price is too. I kinda wish I was more informed about my final bill than for it to be a big surprise. I made an appointment to have some accessories installed on my new Camry. Checked the website--found a Highlander--called made an appointment for the next evening. Difficult getting away from the office--but was met with Frank Weems at 5:40 pm. I had read that the dealership would close at 6:00 pm. Frank was professional and helpful---offered me the keys to go for a test drive with no concern about the time. I really appreciated that type of personal service. I knew I would buy the car--but would prefer to deal the next day without the rush. No pressure from Frank at all. More

My Service Advisor, Sean, was excellent, considering the news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. Which is $4,000. Repair??! How can you bear zero responsibility for this? It should be against the law, The salesmen who sold me that car absolutely knew about the possibility this would happen. Toyota should compensate us in some way. I went online and there are thousands of people affected. Anyway, Sean, was very understanding. I think he could tell I was in shock. I’m retired and planned on driving that Prius until I couldn’t drive anymore. More
