The quality is high but the price is too. I kinda wish I was more informed about my final bill than for it to be a big surprise. Checked the website--found a Highlander--called made an appointment for the next evening. Difficult getting away from the office--but was met with Frank Weems at 5:40 pm. My Service Advisor, Sean, was excellent, considering the news he had to tell me. I can’t believe Molle Toyota sold me a Prius in 2010 and never said a word about this engine burning oil issues. How can you bear zero responsibility for this? It should be against the law, The salesmen who sold me that car absolutely knew about the possibility this would happen.
