When I first met with Tommie, I made it clear that I was seriously considering purchasing a new Corolla, but I wasn't completely sold on the idea yet. He allowed me to test drive a couple different models and even showed me a few used models they had available. The time that he took to answer my questions and show me around without pressuring me made me feel comfortable and helped me reach my decision. Overall, my experience with Molle made me wonder why I had been stressing so much over the process, and I am very much satisfied with my purchase. More
Great to deal with this dealership. They had all the selection and availablity AND were very expedient at completing the transaction. I completed this via the phone as I live too far to drive. Scott Jenkins was a great sales associate in purchasing my two new Toyota's (Rav 4 & Matrix) w/in a 6 month period. In fact, I found this team to be more than willing to work on the price and they were not rude, aggressive or pushy. I was so pleased with their service and pricing, I purchased another Toyota from this dealer within a six month period. I would highly recommend this dealer, but also, I highly recommend the sales associate, Scott Jenkins. Scott did a great job following-up with me via the phone and with e-mail. He worked hard to get me the best possible price and clearly had my best interest and checkbook in mind. In addition, he continues to follow-up with me every 3 months to make sure I am 100% satisfied. More
I took my Toyota Corolla -1997 (towed) to their service on sunday 8/22/09 due to car not starting. They said the battery is dead and need a new batter and terminals. They installed Truestart 00544-35060-55 on sunday 8/22/09 due to car not starting. They said the battery is dead and need a new batter and terminals. They installed Truestart 00544-35060-550 (550 CCA rating) I paid the money and took the old battery from them since the old battery was only 18 months old. When the walmart store (where I bought) tested the bateery it was good (640 CCA rating and test measured 683 CCA) and they refused to honor the warranty. I took the car and old battery to the service center and they tested it once again and found the test measured 643 CCA which is good. But the service manager manipulated the rating to 800 CCA and showed me the battery is still bad and destroyed the report. They offered me to take out the installed neew battery and replace with the old one and refund the money they charged for the new battery. I accepted and tok the car back with the old battery. I mainly delt with Mr. Riggin, Paul. He was very understanding of my needs and what I was looking for. I had contacted several dealerships, via the internet, and Paul was the only one that immediat understanding of my needs and what I was looking for. He found a 2010 in the color I wanted and we put down exactly what I wanted for accesseries. The truck was then ordered. My experience with Molle was outstanding. They were very knowldgeable and eager to help. I can not praise them enough. I have always been a General Motors man, but with transmission problems in our last two vehicles left me dissapointed. I am very pleased with our new Tundra, it is a quality piece of equipment. I would recommend Molle to anyone interested.
