I was very much NOT looking forward to the process of buying a car and arrived at Molle Toyota full of nerves and apprehension. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I was prepared to be over buying a car and arrived at Molle Toyota full of nerves and apprehension. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I was prepared to be overwhelmed with choices, price haggling, and a pushy salesman. Those fears, however, quickly dissolved the second I met Tom Cuny. The service I received today was more than friendly, informative, and efficient... it was genuine. And it is because of Tom's sincerity and expertise that I was able to find, purchase, and drive away with, the perfect car for me. I would absolutely recommend Molle Toyota and specifically, Mr. Cuny, to anyone in need or want of a new car. More
The communication was great. I was directed to Molle Toyota by Brett Ikehorn. He indicated they would offer me a great deal. Each person I talked to at Molle knew Brett, knew I was coming, and treated Toyota by Brett Ikehorn. He indicated they would offer me a great deal. Each person I talked to at Molle knew Brett, knew I was coming, and treated me great. Anyone can act friendly while I'm there, to know I was coming and know who referred me takes communication...that goes on while I'm not there. To me, that's more impressive than the service I see while I am there. More
We were so thrilled with the way we were handled from start to finish. Most of the work was already done through the internet with Scott before we arrived. It was a great experience. The dealer (Matt Wantland) was very nice. He wasn't like most dealers who just want to force you to buy something, he was very kind, patient, and honest. This was the best buying experience I have had (I have purchased more cars than I care to remember). I talked to Mary on the phone on Friday. She was straight forward and very friendly (not demanding at purchased more cars than I care to remember). I talked to Mary on the phone on Friday. She was straight forward and very friendly (not demanding at all). We came in on Saturday and purchased the Venza. Each person involved in the deal from Mary to the managers to the finance person was extremely pleasant and each wanted to ensure that everything possible was being done. Everything was wrapped up in a short amount of time. I would recommend this dealership and Mary to anyone. More
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Molle Toyota. We keep returning because, not only are we completely sold on Toyota as a product, the service we have received at this dealership is so far Toyota. We keep returning because, not only are we completely sold on Toyota as a product, the service we have received at this dealership is so far above that of the two dealerships we visited in Kansas--Olathe Toyota and Superior Toyota in Shawnee Mission. When we began the process of looking for a new car this year, we started at Superior since it was close to our home, and we just wanted to make a preliminary decision on make/model. We waited for 25 minutes and no one even spoke to us. Needless to say, we were out of there. We next went to Olathe Toyota, which is where we actually drove a Highlander and made the decision that was the car we wanted. But...we came to Molle to buy! More
I am from North Platte, Ne. I was looking for a 4dr. Toyota Tacoma. The local dealer had next to nothing in stock. I looked at the next closest dealer, 145 miles away at Grand Island, Ne. Nothing in sto Toyota Tacoma. The local dealer had next to nothing in stock. I looked at the next closest dealer, 145 miles away at Grand Island, Ne. Nothing in stock in what I was looking for. The Toyota web site always asks for a zip code, so I entered my Daughter's, who lives in Belton, MO. Molle Toyota came up. Less than 15 miles away from her house. They had a fairly good list. I e-mailed Molle Toyota, and got a reply from Scott Jenkins, their internet salesman. He asked about my trade-in. I told him that I had an '08 Silverado 1500 extended cab, lt1. I told him it was as close to new as you could get without it being new. He was really interested in it, which impressed me. A day or two later, Paul Riggin, Sales Manager, I believe, called me and said he would like to put me in the Tacoma I had inquired about. He said they would bid 21,500 on my Chevy truck, which impressed me. He told me the difference price. I was to get back to him. I talked with my wife, and told her what I was working on. She didn't like my BIG truck. She wouldn't let me park it in the attached garage, as she was afraid she would hit it with the car. So it set out in the back garage in the alley. Hence, why it only had 4,000 miles on it since Dec. '08. We asked our next door neighbor if we could check out his '06 access cab 4x4. We drove it in our garage, and it fit really well. My wife was getting excited about my plan now, except she didn't like his hood scoop and she asked why does it say TRD on the side? I told her what it meant, and she said , well she didn't like it. So later that evening, I looked on Molle's site, and saw a regular SR5 without this stuff. The next day I called Paul Riggin, and asked about this truck, which was available, but not in stock. He said he would check to see if it was not sold, and get back to me. He called me back in 15 or 20 minutes. I asked him the price, he told me, and then what the difference would be to me. I asked if this was final, or would there be other hidden surprises when I arrived at his dealership. He assured me there would not be. He even told me that I could make the check out ahead of time, if I wanted. I told him I would be down tomorrow to pick it up. He said it would take until at least noon to have it ready for me. I said that would be OK. The next day, Sept. 25th, I called Paul around 12:45 PM, and he said they weren't there with the truck, and would need to wash it, so give his about 45 minutes. I said I'd be there around 2:PM. I was late, got into more traffic than I anticipated. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman, as soon as a walked up to the truck. They showed me the one that I was originally looking at, but I still wanted the cheaper one. I met Scott Jenkins, and he thanked me for getting in touch him, and said he enjoyed working with me. Paul Riggin talked with me for a while and then introduced me to Ray Kolman, who worked with me from then on. He was really impressed with my Chevy truck. He showed me the Tacoma, and some of the features. I told him that I preferred the rubber all weather mats to the Carpet ones in the truck, so they switched them out with another truck. We got to talking about old trucks, he has a '51 chevy truck, and I have a 56 Ford. Sort of like visiting with someone from a car show, rather than a salesman at an auto dealership. I was sent into the finance office, and the guy there, who's name I forget, sort put the hard sell on me for extended warranty, but I figure, with the track record of Toyota, I didn't need it. I did a pile of paperwork with him, and gave him a check for the balance due, and back out to the truck. Ray Kolman explained all of the features, etc. and we talked for quite a while more. Finally I when I left, I realized it was after 5:30 PM I had been there nearly 3 hours! It sure didn't seem like it. This was the best buying experience of my life, thanks to the wonderful folks at Molle Toyota of Kansas City, Mo. The truck now has 940 miles on it and my wife and I really enjoy it. Thank you. More
