This was the best buying experience I have had (I have purchased more cars than I care to remember). I talked to Mary on the phone on Friday. She was straight forward and very friendly (not demanding at purchased more cars than I care to remember). I talked to Mary on the phone on Friday. She was straight forward and very friendly (not demanding at all). We came in on Saturday and purchased the Venza. Each person involved in the deal from Mary to the managers to the finance person was extremely pleasant and each wanted to ensure that everything possible was being done. Everything was wrapped up in a short amount of time. I would recommend this dealership and Mary to anyone. More
I am from North Platte, Ne. I was looking for a 4dr. Toyota Tacoma. The local dealer had next to nothing in stock. I looked at the next closest dealer, 145 miles away at Grand Island, Ne. Nothing in sto Toyota Tacoma. The local dealer had next to nothing in stock. I looked at the next closest dealer, 145 miles away at Grand Island, Ne. Nothing in stock in what I was looking for. The Toyota web site always asks for a zip code, so I entered my Daughter's, who lives in Belton, MO. Molle Toyota came up. Less than 15 miles away from her house. They had a fairly good list. I e-mailed Molle Toyota, and got a reply from Scott Jenkins, their internet salesman. He asked about my trade-in. I told him that I had an '08 Silverado 1500 extended cab, lt1. I told him it was as close to new as you could get without it being new. He was really interested in it, which impressed me. A day or two later, Paul Riggin, Sales Manager, I believe, called me and said he would like to put me in the Tacoma I had inquired about. He said they would bid 21,500 on my Chevy truck, which impressed me. He told me the difference price. I was to get back to him. I talked with my wife, and told her what I was working on. She didn't like my BIG truck. She wouldn't let me park it in the attached garage, as she was afraid she would hit it with the car. So it set out in the back garage in the alley. Hence, why it only had 4,000 miles on it since Dec. '08. We asked our next door neighbor if we could check out his '06 access cab 4x4. We drove it in our garage, and it fit really well. My wife was getting excited about my plan now, except she didn't like his hood scoop and she asked why does it say TRD on the side? I told her what it meant, and she said , well she didn't like it. So later that evening, I looked on Molle's site, and saw a regular SR5 without this stuff. The next day I called Paul Riggin, and asked about this truck, which was available, but not in stock. He said he would check to see if it was not sold, and get back to me. He called me back in 15 or 20 minutes. I asked him the price, he told me, and then what the difference would be to me. I asked if this was final, or would there be other hidden surprises when I arrived at his dealership. He assured me there would not be. He even told me that I could make the check out ahead of time, if I wanted. I told him I would be down tomorrow to pick it up. He said it would take until at least noon to have it ready for me. I said that would be OK. The next day, Sept. 25th, I called Paul around 12:45 PM, and he said they weren't there with the truck, and would need to wash it, so give his about 45 minutes. I said I'd be there around 2:PM. I was late, got into more traffic than I anticipated. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman, as soon as a walked up to the truck. They showed me the one that I was originally looking at, but I still wanted the cheaper one. I met Scott Jenkins, and he thanked me for getting in touch him, and said he enjoyed working with me. Paul Riggin talked with me for a while and then introduced me to Ray Kolman, who worked with me from then on. He was really impressed with my Chevy truck. He showed me the Tacoma, and some of the features. I told him that I preferred the rubber all weather mats to the Carpet ones in the truck, so they switched them out with another truck. We got to talking about old trucks, he has a '51 chevy truck, and I have a 56 Ford. Sort of like visiting with someone from a car show, rather than a salesman at an auto dealership. I was sent into the finance office, and the guy there, who's name I forget, sort put the hard sell on me for extended warranty, but I figure, with the track record of Toyota, I didn't need it. I did a pile of paperwork with him, and gave him a check for the balance due, and back out to the truck. Ray Kolman explained all of the features, etc. and we talked for quite a while more. Finally I when I left, I realized it was after 5:30 PM I had been there nearly 3 hours! It sure didn't seem like it. This was the best buying experience of my life, thanks to the wonderful folks at Molle Toyota of Kansas City, Mo. The truck now has 940 miles on it and my wife and I really enjoy it. Thank you. More
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Molle Toyota. We keep returning because, not only are we completely sold on Toyota as a product, the service we have received at this dealership is so far Toyota. We keep returning because, not only are we completely sold on Toyota as a product, the service we have received at this dealership is so far above that of the two dealerships we visited in Kansas--Olathe Toyota and Superior Toyota in Shawnee Mission. When we began the process of looking for a new car this year, we started at Superior since it was close to our home, and we just wanted to make a preliminary decision on make/model. We waited for 25 minutes and no one even spoke to us. Needless to say, we were out of there. We next went to Olathe Toyota, which is where we actually drove a Highlander and made the decision that was the car we wanted. But...we came to Molle to buy! More

Molle Toyota has been our family car dealer for several years. We have purchased both quality used cars & new cars from Molle. Leo Costanza has been our sales person each time. Upon our recommendation for years. We have purchased both quality used cars & new cars from Molle. Leo Costanza has been our sales person each time. Upon our recommendation for receiving superior and fair service for their quality products, an uncle and his friends, as well as one of our sons and their friends, have all gone to Molle Toyota to make their vehicle purchases...even a sister from out-of-state returns to Molle to check prices & merchandize before they buy. We are VERY satisfied and cherish our experiences and friendship with Molle Toyota. More
When I purchased my first Camery Hybrid 2007 Aniversary edition I did not try to negociate price. I felt that I got a good deal, but several of my friends bought Camary Hybrids and got somewhat better pri edition I did not try to negociate price. I felt that I got a good deal, but several of my friends bought Camary Hybrids and got somewhat better prices from other dealers. Therefore when I shopped for my 2010 Prius I studied the pricing at several dealers and concluded that I needed to at least check around. After doing this I was very close to purchasing from another dealer in St Louis. The price was so close that it came down to who I liked. I like Steve Hennecke. He brought Rick over to negociate a final price. Rick was very nice and honest. We discussed the paper work price and prep, and I stated that from this point on I wanted to know what my end price was going to be. Every thing that was discussed was exactly what he said it would be at closing. I settled for a different color car than I wanted, but I intend to come back when the plug in Prius is available. I thought I would get good milage with the new Prius and I have not been dissapointed. After 450 miles during the first tank of gas, I am getting 56.5mpg with an overall average speed of 28miles per hour. I noticed that when crusing at 60mph that I am getting from 55 to 75 mpg, easily averaging 65mpg. Should you tell others of this gas milage, I must admit that I am accellerating on full electric to 25mph and this is slower then the average 18 wheeler from a stop light. I am pissing people off, but I am also cheating the arabs out of a great deal of money. That makes me very happy. The Prius is a pleasure to drive. I have 2 times when I had to hit the gas to change lanes, to avoid someone stupid. The Prius performance is on the level of my very quick Acura Integra, at 60mph. I have owned a high performance Corvette with 550hp, that could hit 60 in 3.8 sec. I think I like this Prius as much as my Corvette, and only miss the adrenaline rush. In summary: Thanks for a great car and very nice people who are honest and sincere, to quote Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'LL BE BACK" Dave Noble More

I have purchased dozens of new and used cars over the past 15 years (I have 5 adult children) and I must tell you the sales team (Ken and Nathan Coker) stand out as one of the best I have ever dealt with. Nathan was very knowledgeable, articulate, and just plain easy to do business with . Since the car was purchased on an "as is" basis we knew were taking some risk, when we uncovered a few potential safety hazzards Ken moved quickly to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed, and, he also moved quickly to correct the problems. Ken is a pro, he managed all my contacts in a very professional manner. His style is perfect for dealing with customers. It was a pleasure doing business with Ken, and while I am a long time Audi owner, I must admit - becasue of Ken and Nathan's professional sales skills - I am seriously considering Toyota for my next car. So, you ask, why did I drive from Ohio to purchase my 2010 Prius? The reason is quite simple: I reward those who conduct their business honestly and give their customers top priority. Two years ago 2010 Prius? The reason is quite simple: I reward those who conduct their business honestly and give their customers top priority. Two years ago my wife was looking to purchase a 2007 Prius locally and we were not treated well even though we'd placed a down payment on one. My wife finally decided to go online and look in other cities where relatives lived and Molle Toyota came up. Molle worked with her to find exactly the Prius she was looking for so not only did she purchase from Molle, she ended up with a 2008 for the same price as a 2007. Our local dealership was going to charge an extra $2000 to do the same thing. When Georgia arrived in Kansas City, she was treated like royalty. Every question was answered and great pains were taken to make sure she understood exactly what to expect from the Prius. Molle also followed up to make sure her experience was a good one. Last fall I decided to purchase a 2010 Prius. I didn't look anywhere else but Molle and was ably assisted by Scott Jenkins and Chris Immele. They took my order and let me know when I could expect the car. The car arrived while I was on vacation, but Molle held it for me until I could drive out to Kansas City to pick it up. My experience was just as good as my wife's and I will certainly buy from Molle again. Molle has earned my repeat business and driving from Ohio is worth every bit of the expense. I was scheduled to go on vacation the following week, so I needed to complete the new car transaction in a few days. I called Molle and asked for Mary Witt. We served as co-presidents of the PTA together when our kids were in elementary school. Mary met me at the door with a hug and a smile. We talked a few minutes so that she could ascertain my needs. I told her my only real requirement was a sun/moon roof, and that I thought the Corolla was the right size for me. We went out to the lot where she pointed out several 2009 vehicles. Right by the front door was a shiny blue 2010 Corolla with a big sliding roof. It was love at first sight. Mary got the keys, I drove it a few miles, went back to the dealership, and told her to write it up. No bargaining, no hassle, no shopping around was necessary. The whole transaction took less than two hours from start to finish. Mary is a consumate salesperson. She is friendly, knows her product, and is persuasive without being pushy. She gave me the proper orientation, had the car washed and the gas tank filled. She made the car buying experience a pleasure. I love my new Toyota, and have already referred Mary to one of my colleagues who is in the market for a new Prius. I hope I don't need another car anytime soon, but, if I do, Molle is my dealership of choice. More
