I brought this car into for service. The car was done on time and they did not try and sell me additional things, which I appreciate. I traded in my 2004 Prius for a 2010. Scott was not at all pushy, which I really appreciate. Ron LaHue was very thorough in orienting me to the changes in the car. All of them were very friendly. There's a stereotype about car salesmen/dealers, and I've met some who fit the stereotype totally, but these guys were all great. They were friendly, low-key, knowledgeable--just what I needed. I'd definitely buy another car there. In fact, I just did--they sold me my first Toyota too. More
I went to Molle Toyota to see a specific used car with the expectation of the typical hassle filled process I have experienced in the past with other dealers. I made an appointment to see a 2009 Toyota Highlander and Nathan Coker promptly showed me the car. He listened to my requests, understood my budget and answered my questions. I bought the car in less than 90 minutes. Nathan worked a good deal on my trade in and I was on my way. No hassles, no trips back and forth to some "mysterious" sales manager for approvals. No high jacking from the finance guy on hidden costs or overselling of extending warranties. Just a good, clean business deal. As the sales manager said as I left "Life's hard enough, shouldn't buying a car be fun?" I'll be back. Thanks to Nathan, JR and thank you Molle Toyota! More
I enjoyed working with Scott Jenkins, with Molle Toyota, on my recent Camry Hybrid purchase. We came to a price agreement right away on the model and options I was asking for. This has to be one of my m on my recent Camry Hybrid purchase. We came to a price agreement right away on the model and options I was asking for. This has to be one of my most pleasant dealings for a car. I contacted Scott by email on Sunday, we discussed prices and options on Monday, the car was delivered from the plant on Thursday and I was driving my new car that day. Scott was most truthful and forthright of what my total cost would be and what I would get for my money. He took all of my concerns into consideration and I cannot think of anything else he could have done to leave me more pleased with my new purchase. Scott will definitely be the first person I will contact for my next car purchase. More

Of course I would have to be if I continue to purchase new cars from this dealership. I have specifically worked with one salesperson at Molle Toyota, Scott Jenkins with all five of my car purchases. Scott is awesome to work with because he follows-up via the phone or e-mail, is very friendly, easy to talk with and personable, polite/respectful, knowledgeable of the car industry, relaxed and most of all, fair. He works hard to get the best deal on either a new car, certified used car or even a trade. In addition, he'll explain the value of either trading in, trading up, and the benefits of buying new or leasing. I have referred my friends to him and he was able to get them out of their old leases and into new leases with a lower monthly payment and better cars. Needless to say, if you are looking for a new car or certified used car or just an overall awesome car buying experience, check out Molle Toyota and ask for Scott Jenkins. They are so very easy to work with and will follow-up with no hassle pricing and will not make the overall car buying experience one to dread or hate! Scott has made car-buying fun again and you’ll leave smiling and not thinking you got ripped off. My friends tell me I should go to "their" place but I continue to be a loyal Mollee customer-all because Bill continues to treat me with respect and listens patiently to my concerns. At my recent service appointment I was browsing the showroom and met Jim Seaman. He made my visit very informative about Molle's products and service. Jim treated me as a good friend. I brought my Rav4 in for 30,000 mile service. I called ahead and was given a price and a time to arrive. When I arrived I was quickly processed and told the service manager that I would wait since I had ahead and was given a price and a time to arrive. When I arrived I was quickly processed and told the service manager that I would wait since I had been told the day before that it would take 2 hours for the work. I hooked my laptop to the wi fi had a cup of coffee and worked until I was called that my car was ready (almost exactly two hours). I have had no problems since the service. Everything is working fine. They even warshed the car! Great work and I got a follow up call from the service manager to make sure I was happy. While all service is expensive the bill was almost exactly what I had been quoted (no suprises). I will be back and tell others of my experience. More
We have a maintenance agreement at Molle for both of our cars, and the service is always friendly and the car is ready in a reasonable length of time. Even though the dealership was swamped because of the current recall issues, I was still given the best service by Bill Marshall and the rest of the friendly staff at Molle. My cars are always returned current recall issues, I was still given the best service by Bill Marshall and the rest of the friendly staff at Molle. My cars are always returned to me clean and ready to go. The waiting area is friendly and very comfortable with free coffee and hot chocolate. I really do not mind waiting for such great service. We just bought our 5th Toyota from Molle. More
