Scott was friendly and great to work with. He responded to every question/concern quickly. He was willing to work with us on price, which was our #1 factor. I was looking for a very specific car for my son and found it online at Molle Toyota. Before I go on, let me tell you a little bit about my experience in Denver. Maybe because I was only looking at a Yaris, no one was willing to help me find a car at another dealer. They tried to sell me Yarises they had in stock that didn't match what my son wanted and they tried to sell me Matrixes. It was like pulling teeth to discuss price. One guy subtracted the $750 dealer handling fee off of the price of the car and then added it back in the financing section and tried to tell me that the plus and the minus offset each other and that I wasn't being charged the $750. Back to Molle. While speaking to Scott, he said that someone from Molle Toyota would pick me up from the airport...which I though was amazing. Then I got a call from Arlie Perkins who was the internet salesman who actually got the sale. He gave me his cell phone number, got my cell phone number and said he would have a sign with my name on it at the gate. This may not sound like a big deal but it was very important. After dealing with salesmen who would barely give me the time of day, I really needed some reassurance that there really was going to be someone there to pick me up. And there was. Arlie was there as promised and had a car waiting outside, literally 25 yards from my gate. It was about a thirty minute drive to the dealership and we had a very pleasant conversation the entire way. Once to the dealership, we went straight into Scott's office and after a few pleasantries, started getting the paperwork taken care of so I could get back on the road for my ten-hour drive back to Denver. Shortly thereafter, a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable lady by the name of Vicki Beatty, came in to join Arlie and assumed the point-person position, walking me through my warranty books, explaining everything, then turning me over to Joe in the finance department. Joe was a very professional guy who quietly and politely ran me through all of the paperwork and showed me the various warranty programs, etc. that were available to me. I had no intention of purchasing a warranty, but after Joe went over them with me, really just describing them, not pressuring me in any way, I was intrigued. I asked him more about the 100,000 mile warranty. He explained the benefits of it to me, gave me a better than retail price on it, and I decided to take it. And I had NO buyer's remorse about it. I'm very glad I purchased it because it will give my son a lot of security as he goes off to Washington state to go to college. I've dealt with a lot of finance people over the years and they are generally out to make every dime they can without any regard to your actual needs. This was not the case with Joe or Molle Toyota. I walked away thinking they had done me a favor by selling me this warranty. When I finished with Joe, he led me out and turned me back over to Arlie and Vicki who took me out to the car, went over every detail of it...pointed out that the gas tank was filled to the brim and put me on the road. I can honestly say that this was the best, most professional, most fair car transaction that I have ever had. I would, without hesitation, do a deal with the Molle organization again, whether the car I wanted was available in Denver or not. I literally think it would be worth it to fly to Kansas City and bring the car back to Denver. And, I will tell anyone I'm talking to about Molle Toyota and recommend that they check them out before buying a Toyota in Denver. More
This is my third purchase from Molle in the last ten years. Neither my salesperson Gene, nor the dealership, exhibit the sterotypical car sales mentality. My experience with Gene and with Molle have always been completely free of gimmicks or agenda lying beneath the surface. Over thirty-five years in Kansas City, I have limited the dealerships with whom I transact business based in part,on sales and service staff behaviors, feeling that those behaviours frequently reflect the philosophy and business practices of ownership. Anytime that I have varied from that limited path, I was ultimately disappointed. With regard to the blanace of the facility, my experience with the service department has been nothing less than satisfactory beginning with the ability to schedule service fom the internet or over the telephone to the completion of the service appointment when my car is returned to me washed and dried. Anyone considering an automobile purchase or lease would not be waisting thier time by first contact Gene Noble at Molle Toyota. More

The price for me was exceptional, really taking my questions and concerns into consideration and a real understanding for the current economy we face and making things work for my family. I had a brake job done on my 2001 Toyota Avalon and the whole experience was outstanding. Bill Marshall, the service advisor is a jewell. He went out of his way to make my service experience very pleasurab whole experience was outstanding. Bill Marshall, the service advisor is a jewell. He said he would check my brakes to make sure I did indeed need new ones and also check for a noise that seemed to originate from the strut area. I did have both front and rear brakes replaced and the service tech re-torqued the struts for which they did not charge and it seemed to fix the problem. This is the best service department that I have used in my 50 plus years of owning cars. My hats off to the Molle team and especially Bill Marshall. Thanks Again, Karl More

I chose Molle Toyota simply because they were President Award winners. I had worked for a subsidiary of Toyota in the late 80’s and knew that the award had meaning. Mary Witt was my sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me or play any games. She had a good sense of humor and helped me make a decision rather than sell me a product. Scott Jenkins kept in contact with me and made sure I was being treated as I had hoped to be treated. I love my Corolla and feel like I got a very fair price. I would recommend Molle Toyota to anyone interested in a Toyota, and I would recommend a Toyota to anyone interested in a new car. More
