My first point of contact with Molle Toyota was on their website. After I had completed building my 'dream' car using their very user friendly site I immediately received a confirmation email. Scott Jenkins then followed up with an email with some cars that fit the criteria I had asked for. When I walked into the dealership and asked for Scott he immediately knew who I was and what I needed. Working also with John and Keith I found just the perfect car, financing was a breeze and I was due to pick up my new car the next day...or so we all thought. The next day I called and stated that I had changed my mind about the color, I now wanted red instead of white. Not a problem for this great team at Molle. The perfect red car was located and could still be ready for pick-up the same day. When I arrived to pick up my car Keith was there to greet me and introduced me to the rest of my Molle 'team'. Jim explained the remaining financing and additional options available. Vickie Beatty introduced me to all of the extras my car has to offer...navigation, Bluetooth, audio, seats.....all the way to the windshield wipers! I am looking forward to a very long relationship with Molle Toyota and all of my new Molle team mates/friends. More

Steve went to great lengths to make sure I understood what being a member of the Molle family means. He showed me, after hours I might add, the service department and how it worked. I was very happy with my experience leasing a 2010 Corolla from Tom Cuny at Molle Toyota in Kansas City. I was inpressed with Tom's knowledge of the vehicle and no pressure on me. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do because of car salesmen. With Tom it was very different. When I went in a male friend was with me and in the past with others dealers they would have talked to the male with me even though the car was for me. With Tom when I told him the car was for me he dealt with me and me alone. I was very impressed with that. I acrtually walked out of a different Toyota dealer the day before I bought from Tom because of that very reason. I would recommend Molle and Tom Cuny to any of my friends who are looking for a Toyota and will return to Molle and hopefully Tom when my lease is up. Thank you. Kathy Mihulka More
If there were an option for marks higher than 5 Gene would be deserving without question. Gene made the entire process (from start to finish) pleasant and enjoyable. We were originally shopping for a Toyota Sequoia. When we realized it wasn't the right fit for us, Matt suggested the 2011 Sienna which was coming out soon. He contacted us when it was available so that we c realized it wasn't the right fit for us, Matt suggested the 2011 Sienna which was coming out soon. He contacted us when it was available so that we could take it for a test drive. Matt was great to work with the entire time. He was always straightforward and not pushy about anything. I have worked with salesmen at other dealerships in the past and always got the feeling they were just telling me things they thought I needed/wanted to hear to make the sale. I really felt that Matt wanted us to make the decision that was right for us and wasn't just pushing a sale. I don't know if Molle Toyota realizes how much I appreciate that. I will definitely be back in the future. More

Having gone through the car buying experience many times in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to choose from my wife was very specific with exactly what she wanted so Tony Rubbo custom ordered the exact one she wanted. We were excited to learn that her car arrived before the estimated arrival date and so we went that evening to pick it up. We were not able to arrange child care for our 1 and 5 year olds on such short notice so they came along. When we got there Steve Hennecke saw that we were with children so he offered to do the paperwork in Molle's kid's room. So there we were sitting at the kids table getting everything signed while our children played in the backround. After we signed what we needed to sign my wife was given a full tutorial on all the options of her new car. Soon after this we were on our way. What we thought was going to be a hectic and drawn-out experience ended up being a very easy and quick one. The overall experience from our first visit to our last was very positive so we can honestly say that we would have no reservations in recommending Molle Toyota to our friends and family. More
There was some body work I wanted done along with 3 scratches. The scratches were taken care of, but the body work doesn't look like it was touched. We shared with Tom that we were looking at three other makes and his job was to show us why the Sienna would be the right choice for us. Tom was factual but did not over promise. He followed up within a couple of days to see where we were in the process. During subsequent meetings he was on time and gave us the attention we needed. We felt the offer was fair and reached with minimum negotiation. While our Sienna was on order, Tom kept us appraised of the potential delivery date. On the day of delivery he was very thorough in the handover and introduced us to the service team which we would use in the future. Tom called a day or so after the delivery to see if we were still satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely recommend Tom and Molle Toyota to our friends. Thank you Tom for a great experience.
