Having gone through the car buying experience many times in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to in the past with not a lot of positive recollections I am happy to report this visit was different. Even though Molle had many different Sienna's to choose from my wife was very specific with exactly what she wanted so Tony Rubbo custom ordered the exact one she wanted. We were excited to learn that her car arrived before the estimated arrival date and so we went that evening to pick it up. We were not able to arrange child care for our 1 and 5 year olds on such short notice so they came along. When we got there Steve Hennecke saw that we were with children so he offered to do the paperwork in Molle's kid's room. So there we were sitting at the kids table getting everything signed while our children played in the backround. After we signed what we needed to sign my wife was given a full tutorial on all the options of her new car. Soon after this we were on our way. What we thought was going to be a hectic and drawn-out experience ended up being a very easy and quick one. The overall experience from our first visit to our last was very positive so we can honestly say that we would have no reservations in recommending Molle Toyota to our friends and family. More
There was some body work I wanted done along with 3 scratches. The scratches were taken care of, but the body work doesn't look like it was touched. This is the second Car I have purchased from Molle Toyoyta and I have never been treated so well. The sales staff was friendly and well infromed. They worked with me needs and fit my budget. From the first time we met Tom at the Molle dealership, we felt comfortable that he wasn't going to pressure us into buying a vehichle but was going to listen to our needs and help us make the right decisi we felt comfortable that he wasn't going to pressure us into buying a vehichle but was going to listen to our needs and help us make the right decision. We shared with Tom that we were looking at three other makes and his job was to show us why the Sienna would be the right choice for us. Tom was factual but did not over promise. He followed up within a couple of days to see where we were in the process. During subsequent meetings he was on time and gave us the attention we needed. We felt the offer was fair and reached with minimum negotiation. While our Sienna was on order, Tom kept us appraised of the potential delivery date. On the day of delivery he was very thorough in the handover and introduced us to the service team which we would use in the future. Tom called a day or so after the delivery to see if we were still satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely recommend Tom and Molle Toyota to our friends. Thank you Tom for a great experience. Matt Wantland was very helpful. The process of purchasing my vehicle was virtually painless. He didn't rush through the process, took the time to hear all I had to say, and never seemed impatient. I learned a lot from the experience. The only complaint I would have is very minor. I was told a week before I came to pick up the car that all I would need to bring was proof of my degree, proof of insurance, and my co-signer. But then the day I came to get the car I was told that I would also need a pay-stub and my W2. Since I live in Lawrence, KS and had to drive to Missouri to Molle Toyota to get the car, it would have been nice to have known that before the day of. I had to scramble around to gather these items, and it was a little irritating and stressful. But, like I said, the rest of the experience was great. My father helped negotiate the price, which I don't think could have been any better, especially with my graduation discount, the administrative fee waved, and the 0% APR. My wife and I are having a baby boy in a few weeks and had talked about upgrading my truck to something a little bit bigger (Ford F-150 XL Reg. cab) to fit our growing family's needs. I spent the day running around the metro area driving different vehicles and talked to my wife about where a good place to buy a vehicle would be. She knew that I really liked the Toyota Tundra and mentioned that Molle Toyota would be a good place to visit. She has a Toyota Rav-4 and gets it serviced there. I drove over to the dealership and started looking around. David came over a few minutes later and promptly apologized for taking so long to greet me. It was only a few minutes after I had arrived and I was surprised he was apologizing because most of the other dealerships never even made an attempt to come over and talk to me. It just so happens that they had a truck on the lot that fit my criteria so we went for a test drive. I could not believe how well the Tundra's drive. I am used to being thrown around like a rag doll and this thing is like driving a luxury vehicle that costs three times more. I called the wife and told her she had better come take a look at the truck because I was going to go ahead and start the paperwork. They gave me 9k for my old truck and I also qualified for the 0% for 60 months which was definitely a good deal. Overall they gave me a great price for the pickup and were willing to help with anything that I needed. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Molle and probably will here in a few years when its time to upgrade my Wife's vehicle. Good job guys. More
