Molle is not our closest Toyota Dealer, in fact there are many closer. We had seen some ads and went to look at a car there. Don took great care of us, and with it being my son's first car it was a very important decision for him and us. There were several others in the dealership that we met and were involved with. I have purchased 2 new vehicles in the past year from Molle (Tundra and Venza), both from Matt Wantland. I enjoyed the sales experience mostly based on the fact that it was not an "in your face" sales effort by the Molle team. The pricing was straight-forward and the dealings were above board. Questions were answered quickly and honestly. I despise the old high pressure car/vehicle sales pitches and sales cliches' that seem to permeate the auto sales business. With today's access to the internet, most customers are well informed (generally speaking) and Molle seems to understand that better than most Toyota dealers (I only buy Toyota). The only comment above that I rated at a "good" level is based on the trade-in allowed for my uber-clean, extra-low mileage 2006 Tundra 4x4 (ok-I'm biased). In retrospect, after seeing what it was advertised for after I traded it in ($4995 higher than my trade-in allowance!), I should have held out for more. However, that is my own problem and I should have done a bit more homework before trading. On the flip side, the price for the new Tundra was very fair and you were quite competitve. Delivery of the new vehicle was completed on short notice (same day -and they had to add Nerf-bars and a bed liner!) and very much appreciated. Overall-a very positive experience. More
I have taken my Toyota Tundra in for two oil changes and a check engine light. I have been impressed on all three visits. Each time I was able to get in within 24 hours and each visit was handled very pro a check engine light. I have been impressed on all three visits. I traded in my car and a 2005 Tundra which I had purchased at this dealer originally... Josh in the service departments outstanding service levels and the combined sales excellence both Ray and Paul demonstrated helped me make a decission I was comfortable and happy with... Paul hunted down a truck for me with exactly the equipment I wanted and Ray demonstrated all the features on it at time of delivery... Molle IS the best dealership in the Kansas/Missouri area bar none... More
I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after seeing the truck I wanted on their website.We came to an agreement on price,trade in value and f I dealt with John Sanson initialy.I called him after seeing the truck I wanted on their website.We came to an agreement on price,trade in value and financing over the phone.I told him what payment I was looking for and he got within 60cents.I drove to dealership a couple days later to make the deal.When I arrived the truck was ready,and after talking to John for a few he introduced me to Shawn Weissenbach.Shawn showed me the truck and answered all my questions.There were no surprizes,and everything was as agreed on the phone.My total time at the dealer was about 2 hours,which I thought was great.They will be the first place I look for any future purchases. Steve went as far as picking me up when I needed to get to the dealership when I had no transportation available. He proved to be friendly, knowledgable and honest without any hint of being pushy or sleazy. I would feel very comfortable recommending him to any friend who was thinking of buying a car. More

Mary Witt is an extraordinary individual who is bright and brilliant when it comes to her sales expertise and knowledge of all of the Toyota cars. I have owned many Toyota cars in my life, as I spent most of my growing up driving in the mountain area of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I had not yet driven a Matrix, but one test drive with Mary Witt and I fell in love with it for this city girl now! Although it could be said she is calmer from a woman's perspective on the whole "buying a car without a man" by your side. I would rather point out that she is intensely sensitive when it comes to explaining all the bells and whistles, and stepping back when I needed to think about it a bit more. I bought the car with the assurance that Mary was backing it with her integrity. I recommend Mary Witt to sell anyone a car without hesitation, and to continue to buy their next cars from her as well, over the years. There is only one car for me, and that is a Toyota. There is also only one dealer I trust and will do business with, and that person is Mary Witt. More
