This was certainly not my first new car delivery but it was, by far, the best and most fun. Not a question was dodged or given an incomplete answer. I also felt that everyone I spoke to there was very personable and not one person was too busy to answer my questions, even though the place was packed with people. We had an excellent experience dealing with Molle Toyota while shopping for a new Prius. We went through Costco, and within 5 minutes of receiving the information from Costco we were contacted by Johnny at while shopping for a new Prius. We went through Costco, and within 5 minutes of receiving the information from Costco we were contacted by Johnny at Molle. His promptness was impressive and he was very helpful. When we went in to Molle, our salesman, Vince, was actually working sales in the Truck section, we went into the wrong bldg. Vince walked us over to the car section and then stayed with us, showed us the cars, did the test driving, and walked us through the entire process. Vince was a perfect salesman, he let us look, he answered our questions, but he didn't pressure us in any way. That was very important to us. When we went back in to Molle to pick up our new car, Vince spent as much time with us as we needed him to, he remembered us when we walked in which was really nice. Also, while we were there we met numerous other staff members and everyone was very relaxed, welcoming and very friendly. This was the first dealer we have ever gone to where there was not an atmosphere of high pressure sales, the whole place was just very friendly and welcoming. It was a really nice surprise. While we waited for the car to be ready several other sales people came by to chat, the sales manager stopped to say hello, the finance guy couldn't have been nicer. We left feeling like we got a new car at a fair price, and we really enjoyed talking to everyone we met. I would highly recommend Molle to anyone! You can get a Prius at several local dealers, but Molle provided excellent personal service, made us feel like we mattered, made sure we learned all that we needed to and really made us feel comfortable with the entire process. More
Steve was very patient and recognized my anxiety. He took me for a test drive and drove me to relatively vacant parking lot and had me practice turn the engine on and off. I then demonstrated how to reverse out of a parking space and eventually he had me go out on the road. By the time I was ready to go home the rush hour had started. Making a left on 103rd street can be difficult but he had already shown me the way I could make a right, turn into a small strip mall and that way get onto W103rd. His teaching technique was unique and helpful to me. He first demonstrated various functions on the drive and then when to wanted to part or start, stop, or reverse the the car he would ask me "now what do I do". That way both of us were sure I could start and stop the engine. Also I had selected one car and overnight I recognized that I didn't like the color. When I called him next morning he was most accepting of my decision and didn't make me feel like a fool. He found me a car with a color I thought was beautiful Selling the car to me was relatively easy, but there was nothing easy about getting me to drive it. I really appreciate the help he gave to me in learning the features of the car. Veronica Kelly More
Although our lease ultimately was not a Costco Program lease, we did begin the process and worked almost exclusively with Mr. Carlin. I was impressed! Within 20 minutes of the time I submitted my information to Costco, Mr. Carlin called me on the phone and we made an immediate appointment, and ultimately leased a new Camry. Mr. Carlin's professionalism and openness were integral to our decision to lease the car during that first visit. No other dealers were even given a chance this time. By the way, the Subaru dealer never called us and the Chevy dealer called later that day after we'd made the deal with Molle. Does response time make a difference? It sure did this time. Mary was so incredibly rude us, she was disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional, spent almost no time at all showing us how to use the many options on the car. Mary treated my fiance with total disregard, disrespecting both of us. She threw her notebook on her desk in a temper tantrum because we were not ready to close the car deal. She treated us so poorly that we walked out of the dealership and were ready to go to a different dealership to buy a car. Additionally, I had sent Mary four customers in the past, two of whom purchased vehicles,and she never even said thank you. Instead of leaving, we felt the dealership needed to know how she was treating customers, so we reportet her bad behavior to Jason McAfee, and asked for a new sales person, Bill Riehl, due to the fact that Bill had taken the time to show us amenities. Vicki Beatty gave us a quick overview of how to use some of the radio and phone options, but spent lest than 20 minutes with us. We felt rushed through the process and still did not fully understand many things about the Navigation system. She did not give us information on the SOS and we still have no idea what it is about or how to use it. We had an appointment with Kim Fortner, but she was too busy when we got there and she did not work with us. Bill Riehl was fabulous. He was curteous, respectful, professional, informative. Bill spent a great deal of time making sure he shared as much information as possible with us about the car. Bill's people skills are excellent, his customer service is excellent. Bill was great about follow-up and made us feel comfortable about asking questions. He never rushed us and made us feel like he valued us as customers. Bill is excited and confident about Toyota products and wanted to share that with us. Bill was nice enough to talk with us even when he had no exectation of working with us or receiving commission. He wanted us to know what a great car the Prius is. He explained so much more about the car and he is the one who sold us on the Prius in general and factored in on the decision to upgrade to the best Prius available. Bill exceded expectations in every way and we would recommend Bill to our family and friends. We could have bought the same car for 28,700 from Superior but came back to Bill instead and ended up spending 32K. One of the questions is would I recommend dealership. The answer is overall "no" I would not because of the experience with Mary. However, because of Bill Riehl I would send people to him. In summary, we bought a great car, a Prius 4, and we got what we wanted in a vehicle. We could have gone to Superior but because Bill was a great sales person, sincere, helpful, a nice person and knows the car, we returned to Molle. Thank you Bill!! More
Bill Riehl was terrific to work with. We were shopping to replace our 1999 Toyota 4Runner. We actually ran into Bill in the parking lot one evening and he kindly offered to assist us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and when there was something he didn't know for certain he found the solution quickly. He made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We had shopped previously at a more local Toyota dealership (where we had purchased our 4Runner) and didn't find the same level of service or knowledge there. My cousin recommended we try Molle. She had purchased her Rav4 there and was certain we would find what we were looking for, at the price we were looking for. We knew the Toyota Highlander was the vehicle that would most suit our needs. Bill Riehl was a pleasure to work with. If we again need another vehicle or if a friend or relative was looking for a Toyota I would certainly send them to Bill. Vicky helped program the Bluetooth and she was terrific. The staff also made it a point to introduce the head mechanic of the service department. I thought that was a really terrific idea. The gentleman who finalized the paperwork on our financing ( I believe his name is David) was great. He explained everything down to the last detail. Bottom line, the folks at Molle could have finalized the sale and escorted us to the door. They didn't. They handled every concern. We'll bring our business back to Molle. More
While I had my 2005 Prius at Molle's for service I wandered into the showroom to check out the new Prius 2011. Mr Rick McPherson quickly had me sitting in a new Prius and showing me new design features and options. I told him I wasn't ready to buy and had many questions. My husband had recently passed and I was a bit nervous about trade-in, financing etc. My husband and I had purchased 3 other vehicles from Molle in the last 12 years and felt Molle was where I would want to purchase my new car, but just felt hesitant. I returned to Molle two weeks later with a list of questions I would need answered before I would buy. Mr McPherson patiently answered my questions supplying additional information I didn't think to ask. He took my 2005 Prius and had it appraised for current value so we knew what I would need to finance. Because the monthly payments were more than I was comfortable with, he suggested leasing a Prius and carefully walked me through that process. It seemed like leasing was the way for me to go.I decided on a 2010 Prius because the numbers came out much better and it had everything I wanted. I'm very happy with my new car and especially pleased how Mr. McPherson made the experience pressure free and fun. More
