Everytime that I have had my Hylander Hybrid serviced at Molle Toyota (since 2007), I have requested that Bill Marshall is my service advisor when I come in for service. I look forward to always talking to him as he treats me with respect, friendliness, courtesy, and honesty. I trust his judgement as an advisor for what my vehicle requires and is needed, he looks out for the clients that he services by being honest and letting me know by exactly how long each visit will last, so that I can plan accordingly. I will only request Bill for any future visits to have my vehicle serviced. It is so nice to see a friendly face that can be trusted! More
Ron LaHue is our salesman of choice at Molle Toyota. We are return customers and previously leased a Matrix from him 3 years ago. After our positive experience, we recommended Ron to our daughter and parents. Both purchased vehicles from Ron shortly after we leased the Matrix. Our daughter a Corolla and parents an Avalon. Ron is friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable and represents Toyota professionally and positively. We enjoy Ron's can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciated Ron's ability to expedite the deal by bringing in his manager without delay, who was professional and cooperative. We were especially thankful that the smiling credit manager had the paperwork ready pronto and actually remembered our name from 3 years ago (albeit it is an unusual name)! It's doubtful we would ever go anywhere else to purchase a car--especially if Ron is still at Molle! More

Bill's service is one of the main reasons I continue to use Molle's service department (and buy my next car from Molle when the time comes). I've noticed other service specialist have come and gone and it is always good to see that Molle recognizes that customers like to see a familiar face and a positive attitude. Carol McKay More

I returned the next day and it was Steves day off and Don Cleveland was extremely helpful in trying to locate the lost item. He was not able to find the Garmin but we felt he did everything he could. My wife and I were looking for a new Toyota Highlander that fit within our self-imposed criteria. We received a straight-forward price quote via email and a friendly invitation to see the vehicle. Once on site, we found it to be an equally friendly environment. Rick McPherson and Jason McAfee sat and worked with me over the course of several hours answering numerous questions while we looked over all of our available options. Even after all that time, when I left the dealership without a firm agreement to purchase a new car, they were not pushy or frustrated. When we purchased the car two days later, Rick and Jason made the process easy and fun; and Dan in financing went through all of our options without any pressure whatsoever to purchase an extended warranty, etc. All in all, the people were nice, courteous and respectful of our decision-making process.
