Each and every visit that I have made to Molle Toyota has been enjoyable. Aaron has always treated me with respect and humor and has been able to keep our Corolla it tip top shape. We bought our Corolla as a new car purchase in January of 2009 and by July of 2011, I've logged 95,000 miles on it and it just keeps on keeping on! (As a footnote, my average speed has been 40 mph for these 2.5 years which means I've logged over 2300 driving hours, which is a part time job just driving my car!!) I believe that the quality of the service department and the knowledgeable treatment of the car and my service needs, go a long way to enhancing the built-in quality of our Corolla. I did some search on the internet and filled out a price inquiry form. Mike Hollinger of Molle Toyota immediately emailed me back and also called me. My family and I then went to Molle Toyota during the fourth of July weekend to learn some new car information at the dealership. We were greeted by a freidly receptionist and then met Mike and Rick (Richard) in person. Both Mike and Rick are very helpful and friendly. Rick showed us a new car and was very patient in revealing all the details about the new car to us. We left the dealership and told them that we are comparing diferent cars and wanted more time to think about buying a new car. During the following couple of weeks, Mike and Rick both continued emailing and calling me with very helpful new Toyota car information. When we decided to buy a new camry, I called Rick and visite Molle Toyota last Sunday. I picked the Camry I like and negotiated the price. In a very short turnaround time, we made the deal. They gave me the best price that I can ever imagine. The after sale service provided by Rich and Vicki was also excellent. This is a very positive buying experience at Molle Toyota and I definietly recommend this dealereship to everyone! More
i would recommend this dealership to anyonebuying or serviceing a or their toyota. from the time of purchase, i have always been extremely pleased with all of my visits at Molle. another individual that serviceing a or their toyota. from the time of purchase, i have always been extremely pleased with all of my visits at Molle. another individual that need recognotion is a service man named Bill. i do not know of his last name, but he has worked there a long time. he is older. not only is the level of care very high, but even other employees smile at me. these are people i don't even work with. Jim Seaman was so friendly, and kind. i just happened to walk into his office to borrow a pen and paper. while there, i just quickly mentioned the VENZA to him. i said that i was unfamiliar with it, and asked him for his opinion. at the time, all booklets were out of stock. i told him not to worry, as i would not be buying anything in the near future. i went back to the waiting area. about a minute later, Jim comes out with his laptop and sits next to me to show me some specs about the car. i said it was unecessary, and to not waste his time. he then gave me a print out of a demo they were trying to sell. i said that when i was ready to make my move, that i would be sure to deal with him. at that point, he told me of his position, and that he couldn't actually "sell" me a car. i couldn't believe he spent all that time with me, and he wasn't even a salesman! the next day, i received a very nice hand-written letter from him thanking me for being a polite and pleasant customer. why would he need to thank me? anyway, one last thing to mention is the cleanliness. the waiting lounge and bathrooms are always neat and appealing! the fresh bagels are always a nice touch. My dealings with Rick and Jason were always very business like but pleasant. They answered whatever questions I had and were diligent in geting me the car and car color that I wanted.They did not have on the like but pleasant. I believe I received a fair trade on my car and was satisfied with the deal. I do not recall the persons name who finalized the paperwork but he was prompt and professional in handling the papers. My father is in the banking business, and has known the folks at Molle Toyota for quite some time. I went up there looking to purchase my first SUV, a new RAV4 Sport. I met with Rick Gannon, whom introduce folks at Molle Toyota for quite some time. I went up there looking to purchase my first SUV, a new RAV4 Sport. I met with Rick Gannon, whom introduced me to Bill Riehl, one of his sales associates. Bill was very passionate about the Toyota brand, and gave both my husband and I alot of information on the vehicle we were looking at. He knew the history of the Toyota company, how the engine works and is put together etc. He answered any questions we had and was just the NICEST MAN! Rick gave us a great deal on the new Rav4 and didnt feed us dishonest lies or any of the typical car salesman BS. I have had alot of bad experiences with pushy, dishonest car dealers in the past,however Molle Toyota and the staff went above and beyond what I expected. I was working with another dealer and was getting the run around .He was trying to sell me a car a didnt want. I spotted a car i wanted and search to find it in stock. It was at Molle Toyota. I look over there web site and the claim was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience. I sent a email asking if they had the car i wanted still in stock and if so to give me a quote on the car. I received a very fast response from Arlie Perkins. He gave me a very fair quote and which was really nice told me what it cost with or with incentives what doc fees there would be. The price was right i had already spoke to several other dealers and had a real good idea what was a fair price. I spoke to Arlie and told him i would accept his offer if i got a fair trade value on my trade in. We set up a time for me to come to Molle's. I live 350 miles away and i ended up getting there 2 hours early. Arlie didnt ask me to come back and even though he was very busy he worked me right in. I was offered a a fair price on my trade in as well. I told Arlie i would be using toyota financing. Arlie had lived up to Molle Toyota promise which was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience.Buying a new car is stressful sometimes but this was a very enjoyable experience. When he was done he introduced me to Finance manager Dan Drabek which had ran my credit and had the paperwork ready to go. Usually when you go into finance they try and sell you everything under the moon. Dan was great to work with .He showed me what i had so far and didnt push anything .Told me a few things i might be interested in. I was interested in possible extended warranty mainly because of all the extra on the car like navigation. Heshowed me the cost of all options i ask about. I told him what i wanted he did the paperwork and it was done. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and have had good experiences but this was the total experience i have ever had from start to finish.Working with Arlie and Dan was a pleasure. I will recommend the dealer ship as well as these men to everyone. More
Just left Molle Toyota after purchasing a 2011 4-Runner and 2011 Tundra. This was a great team of professional personnel from top to bottom. They were polite, informative and just down to earth people with all of the information and beyond what we could ask for. This entire process was a people pleasing environment and they get right to the bottom line without all of the hassles. These people work hard to earn your business and were pleasant to work with....even with two (trade-in) cars. We would highly recommend that you try doing car business with this dealership. It actually made buying cars enjoyable. :-) More
