I moved here 11 yrs ago and no one but Molle touched my Corolla. When it was time for an upgrade to RAV4 I wanted to stay with Molle. Molle has never disappointed in 11 yrs and the service dept was surprised to see that I traded in a 1999 Corolla with only 94,000 miles. Due to weather problems I made the upgrade. I'm very glad Molle has a female salesperson that understood that I needed to be shown different options in the vehicle and took her time showing me that. I know I can call her any time. The finance mgr wanted to know how long I would keep my RAV4 -- the answer was simple - forever !!! More

My sales associate was very helpful with introducing me to a new car that I had previously known nothing about, and guided me through all of the financial questions I had about making this new purchase. I felt like I was treated like family and not just a stranger off of the street. My husband and I had visited three other dealerships (not Toyota) and were very unimpressed with how the salesmen dealt with us. I wanted to be the one to do the talking and it is still very apparent how nervous some salesmen are in dealing with a woman. We drove to the Molle Toyota dealership to look at a Prius. The salesman I had talked to on the phone, Ron LaHue, met us at the door. He took us to the Prius we were interested in and let us walk around the car as he explained some things that were features on the Prius. He asked if it was okay for him to sit in the front seat and explain things to me as I drove and then my husband could drive next. The car was for me, so that was good. As he talked to us, one comment would be addressed to me and the next one to my husband. He used our names and made us feel like he actually wanted to sell us a car. He is a great teacher.He knew exactly what each button in the car did. About halfway through the drive, he suggested that my husband drive and I could sit up front with him. I told him that I wanted the experience of riding in the backseat and I wanted him to continue to educate my husband. That was fine with him. The car was something that we really wanted and Ron LaHue made the experience easy and it was a delight to deal with him. I would highly recommend working with him at Molle Toyota. More
